Notre maison est située dans un quartier calme de West Sedona. Nous sommes proches de toutes commodités. Safeway, Whole Foods, restaurants, boutiques et spas sont tous à proximité. Nous sommes à distance de marche du Carroll Canyon Trailhead où vous pouvez faire de la randonnée ou du vélo.
Notre maison est un nouvel espace spacieux et luxueux de 2000 pieds carrés avec 3 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bain, plan d'étage divisé. C'est une toute nouvelle maison avec des améliorations et des équipements fabuleux. Notre maison est de plain-pied, sans escalier. La chambre principale avec salle de bains privative dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une télévision de 55 pouces. La salle de bain a une baignoire relaxante tranquille. Les deuxième et troisième chambres ont des lits queen avec télévision. Il y a deux salles de bain complètes et une salle de bain en poudre. Il y a une table à manger pour 6 personnes si vous choisissez de manger dehors et de profiter du beau temps. Un barbecue au propane est disponible si vous souhaitez faire griller. Des glacières, une couverture de pique-nique et des serviettes de plage sont disponibles si vous choisissez de pique-niquer ou d'aller à Slide Rock. Des tapis de yoga et des jeux de société sont également disponibles.

This home is perfectly located 10 minutes from uptown, minutes from the grocery store and central to all the “must see’s” in Sedona. We travel to a different location every Christmas with both grandparents (this was our 17th year) and this was one of our favorites. This home is new, modern, clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Not many homes we stay in have a fully stocked kitchen. This had EVERYTHING we needed to cook. We loved all the details. We would definitely stay again.

I would highly recommend this lovely home to anyone who wants to enjoy their time in Sedona. The location was perfect, allowing for easy access to the main attractions in the area. In addition, Michelle was easy to reach and provided the support needed throughout our time in Sedona. Don't hesitate to book this place if you plan on visiting the area.

This clean, new home boasts attention to detail. Ample natural light from numerous windows and living room sliders makes the home feel bright and airy. Decor is stylishly simple, modern, and comfortable.
Large island for food prep and a well-stocked kitchen includes every size pot or pan you might need for cooking. Plenty of silverware, gadgets, and utensils. There is a separate pantry to place food.
All appliances are modern, including a very quiet dishwasher and washer/dryer. We love when the host offers a few Tide Pods and dryer sheets! The fridge is spacious and has the best ice maker!
Gas fireplace is available to take the chill off in the mornings, or relax in the evening while watching TV or chatting in the living room. Dual zone HVAC works well!
Large back patio is quiet and perfect for relaxing; you don't feel like you're in the city. There are two outdoor sitting areas and a privacy fence around the property.
Two car garage, with opener, makes loading and unloading a breeze.
Clean, large capacity propane grill offers availability to prepare grilled food outside under protection from sun or rain.
Bedrooms all have comfortable queen beds and plenty of pillows and coverings. Closets are large and contain hangers, laundry baskets, and suitcase stands. Bathrooms are large and clean with great showers!
All the little details of home are included in this property. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again the next time we visit Sedona! Thank you!

This is a great house for family and friends and I would definitely rent it again. Host is very helpful and communicates with you. This home is so beautiful, big and has great views of the mountains all around. Great location, quiet and close to stores for all your needs. Will be back and tell all my friends about it and our host Michelle too!!! Wonderful Stay!

The neighborhood was quiet and the house is conveniently located close to Thunder Mountain and Coffee Pot trails.

I went to Sedona to celebrate my 50th birthday with my sister from North Carolina, my sister-in-law from Utah, and my friend also from California. We had an excellent and amazing stay at this beautiful house in Sedona! Thank you hosts very much for a pleasant, easy, and perfect stay for the weekend. Everything was excellent.
The location is perfect. It’s not too far off the main drag in the western part of Sedona city. There are lots of good restaurants nearby. I can tell they did a quality job when they made this house because the doors are solid core. I appreciate all the Decour! And, that kitchen is pretty well stocked with utensils and such. Thank you thank you thank you.

We traveled with our two college aged sons and a friend for Spring Break. The house met our needs fully - quiet but convenient location, spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and included the amenities needed to make our trip cozy and comfortable. We got a little dirtier/wetter than expected on some of our excursions so the washer and dryer were handy as was the tray by the door to store our shoes. I would definitely recommend this house to others and would rent again on a return trip to Sedona.

We stayed at this location for the Sedona Mt. Bike Festival. This home is located in a great spot, only about 1/4 mile from the main road in Sedona. It is super convenient to everything. The home has many upgrades including a huge shower and tub in the master, everything you would need in the kitchen, and two additional big bedrooms. The 2 car garage was a bonus for our gear. Thank you for the great stay and we will be back.

We had a great stay in this beautiful Sedona home. Very comfortable for up to six people, beautifully decorated, kitchen is well stocked for cooking, very nice outdoor seating, comfortable bedrooms. Well located for buying groceries and access to all things Sedona. This property had everything we needed. We would stay here again without question.

We appreciated the comforts of this well maintained newer home that was conveniently located to Sedona hiking trails, restaurants, and Tlaquepaque Arts. We enjoyed cooking breakfast in the spacious kitchen and our two adult children were happy to have their own bedrooms in a separate wing. Michelle was a great host and easy to work with.

This is the 3rd rental I've stayed at this year in Sedona and it is by far the best. Extremely clean!! I didn't feel like I need to sanitize anything before I used it. The home is spacious and comfortable with a master suite on one side of the kitchen/living room area and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the other side. Very close to town, restaurants and hiking trails. The neighborhood was quiet and they left the garage door opener so we could park inside which was very nice since we got a little snow while we were there. I can't rate this property high enough, it's a gem!

Michelle responded lightening fast when I alerted her to my concerns and offered a “reclean”. However, my concerns were minor, and we didn’t want to be bothered while on vacation. I would definitely stay here again.
