La colazione non è compresa, ma solitamente si trova qualcosa come benvenuto. Qui invece nulla, nè una bottiglia di acqua, nè un goccio di latte, nè un pochino di caffè, NULLA

It was clean, warm, spacious and light.
Poor and old mattresses, very uncomfortable beds. There weren't cleaning tools, a proper broom, a mop and bucket to dry the bathroom floor, or a hoover or duster.
We had to wait half an hour outside in the street in cold weather because the landlord didn't answer the phone and we had not been given instructions to check in.

Nice apartament, close to the center. Mind you there is no lift and a lot of stairs.
Check out process. Booking.com says check out is at 11, however very angry cleaner came at 10am and demanded us leave referring to some paper that was left for us in kitchen...

The apartment is located near the centre and everything is within reach on foot. The city is lovely. It was a splendid surprise.
