Lovely apartment in a great central location, the view is amazing
Bit noisy as it is central - but not really a problem

Location was good for the beach and shopping amenities however, Very noisy in the later evening with pubs and bars nearby and street cleaners/bin lorries in the morning.
Air-conditioning unit was broken for the entire duration of us day. The air conditioning unit had a terrible smell which caused us to only be able to use the air conditioning in one room. This is unacceptable apartment of this quality. The temperature in Majorca was nearly 40° we needed the air conditioning to be working and fullu functioning.

The view from the apartment was beautiful. The apartment was well furnished with everything you could require.
The noise from youths congregating below the apartment into the early hours was disturbing, we appreciate this is not the owners fault, however it did cause us a problem.
We did not use the roof terrace as it was very uninviting, this area needs some attention.
