Terrific welcome on my arrival, accommodated my request and rapid response to email. Exceptionally clean, well altered for breakfast and refreshments. Attention to small details, made a difference. Excellent nights rest, super comfy bed- quality where it counted. I would highly recommend a stay here. Nothing I didn’t like.

Lovely decor, clean, cozy & comfortable. Private. Continental breakfast was provided and consisted of a range of cereals, porridge, teas, coffee, toast with several condiments. Facilities were very good. Lovely host also. Quiet residential neighbourhood, plentiful street parking, easy to get to the city centre (driving) but I did notice a bus stop at the end of the street. Really lovely overall.

Great location, very close to Tauranga. Nice walks down to the coastal path, [some images are attached].

I wet shave in the morning so I did find the hand basin a little small but I managed o.k.

There is no sink in the living area, it is a bit in convenient. also we notice some food provided were over the best before date, such as the tomato sauce and peanut butter.

Absolutely beautiful accomodation, easy to park and unload the vehicle. The bed and pillows were beyond comfortable, as well as the amenities eg. the coffee and food provided.

I honestly have no bad things to say of our experience at this property.

Very comfortable unit spread over 2 floors. Very clean and tidy. Had everything we needed. Huge choice for breakfast included. Close to waterfront.

The apartment has a nice feel to it - felt like a cosy retreat.

Very comfortable, quiet and stylish space in a leafy green setting. Respectful family neighbourhood. Towels and dishes washed frequently. We were fortunate to be able to use Paula & Mark’s pool which was perfect on hot days.
