The location is very good. The entrance to the beautiful Marco Island Beach is across the street from the condo. Most restaurants and conveniences are either a short walk or drive from the unit. The pool is excellent and well maintained.

The décor is dated. The lighting in the bathroom is poor. The shower/tub combo is somewhat difficult to get into and out of due to different levels of floor and tub.

Noticed some roaches in the bathroom, It could’ve been better if the access to the beach is just behind the building but we have to cross the street to get to the beach

Sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed. Might need to see if they need to be replaced and two pillows per person staying would be nice. we don’t like to use the decorative pillows to sleep with.

We liked everything. The pool was nice, facilities were nice and clean.

It was nice to have a kitchen. The pool was nice. It was within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Designated parking was a bonus!

A tv in the bedroom. More toilet paper, we had to buy some for our two week stay. Washer and dryer in the unit and more kitchen towels. Sharper knives.

The Beach and balcony.

Everything was fabulous. Good locations.

This property was in an excellent place, right across from the beach walkway. Apartment was so clean and comfortable for 2 people. The kitchen had almost everything that you need except for oven pans and a tea kettle. They had beach chairs and even beach toys if you have kids or if you are a big kid yourself. They had extra pillows and blankets incase you wanted use them in the living room as well. Host was very hospitable, he answers right away. Building was quiet and people were soo friendly. Even though you have shops under the apartments they were so professionally quite. It is also within walking distance from a lot of restaurants. Thank you for this great stay will be coming back for sure.

Very spacious apartment big rooms , bed ,bath kitchen and living room , very nice balcony , walking distance to the beach , all amenities included.

Exceptionally clean. Felt like home as soon as we walked in. The location was fantastic. Beach was across the street and fantastic. Very nice town. Very peaceful at night.
