Plenty of room. Hot tub great! Close to attractions.

Excellent quiet location close to shops and the White Mountains. Parking with a small swimming pool and tennis court on site. Liked the hot tub. Comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there. Communication good from letting agent

There were a few problems with the heating system which to be fair we didn't mind about. A/C units were a bid odd. The instruction sheet was lengthy and quirky particularly for check out - before 10 too early.

The location was great. It was near everything but far enough out that is was nice and quiet. The host or person in charge was pretty easy to get a hold of.

Overall the place was not very clean. I can't believe they charge $190.00 cleaning fee. It says it has AC, but really it has a bunch of portable floor units that are vented out the window, they stopped working because they had to be drained which is extremely difficult because the drain plug is practically on the floor and the rooms are carpeted so you don't want any water to spill out. We had problems getting the cable in the living room to work. There is a long list of "quirks" left with your instruction sheet. The house just seems not to be maintained very well.

Lovely condo. Clean with lots of room. Great location, close to shops & restaurants.

Check out was before 10am, which is a little early for me. Most places give you until at least 11am.
