Location
The bathrooms were very small and made for short people. I’m only 5’7”, 150lbs so I’m not a huge person, but it was difficult to shower and wash/rinse my hair. Also there were quite a few ants, cobwebs and I saw one cockroach 😳. That being said, it was pretty clean so probably just a product of being in a beach town, I don’t know...
The apartment is very cool looking if you like lofts, which I do, and the location is great! You can walk about anywhere which was a big plus.

Good location but way overpriced for what we got. Had to do my own cleaning which during these covid times was something that should have been done. Parking was at times hard, if you own the building, you should have a permanent parking spot.
