No kitchen provisions like saran wrap, zip lock bags and foil

The location and views were great. The separate levels were good for family getting away from each other when needing a break, but a trudge to bring everything to the kitchen and the up to the bedrooms. But once in all good.

There needs to a bit better equipped kitchen. most of the equipment is there and ok but a few things were frustrating. There were not enough Adult forks. There were only 4 coffee mugs - which is fine unless you want hot cocoa for dinner. There are no large bowls for mixing up the birthday cake and none for serving salad. No dish drain or sponge. The wood stove took two hours to get its bed and sty lit. we are great fire makers and we could not keep it lit without a lot of work for at least two hours - don't know if the draw of air can be fixed but its not a great wood stove.although once it does stay lit it keeps the house very warm. I would have liked a bench in the front hall to take off and put on boots. As I had to sit on the step and always was in the way of people going up or down. A lamp in the living room would be nice. There isn't a way to have four eat at the counter as the couch is too long. then the card table only has three chairs so someone has to sit low on the couch. the card table is sinking in the middle. There are no hangers in the closets. These would have made the review exceptional - but their lack made it a bit frustrating.

The view was beautiful.

The hot water situation was a little difficult to understand. There were many stairs😋

The condo was spacious and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The property managers responded quickly to the plumbing issue we had.

There was no AC and the south windows did not have screens so we couldn't establish adequate airflow. The entire condo was hot and stuffy, especially at night.

BQ shown which we planed to use was not available. No broiler. No basic TV. Clothes dryer didn’t work.

The people were very warm and friendly. We also saw a moose in the front yard. That was unexpected and exciting. We were very close to RMNP, right where we wanted to be.

The bed could have been better.

Difficulty in contacting staff. Only 3 towels set out for 7 people.
