For the price i just expect a litte bit more than what we got or a little bigger size .

Very cozy and beautiful grounds and pool area. Nice neighbors too. I loved staying there. Full kitchen made it easy to make our own breakfast. 10/10

the apartment was spacious it came with everything we needed

The property was a resort type.

On site property manager was not helpful.

My grandson enjoyed fishing on the pier. It was quiet It was clean

Was told by the property mgr that we weren't suppose to be there short term. It's apparently against the rules to rent the condos there short term & she didnt want to know what unit we were in cause she would have to turn the owner's in. We couldn't have access to pool, gas grill or club house. It was burning hot upstairs & freezing downstairs The dishwasher fell out of cabinet everytime we used it. It wasn't attached. We will never go there again. I guess you live you learn. Not to mention Evolve vacation rentals were impossible to get in touch with. I had to contact Booking.com to contact them to even get our checking in info, key code etc! Evolve emailed us the info we had be trying to get AFTER we were already there & checked in!!😡😡
