We were greeted by a friendly lady who explained everything. The house is lovely old - but has a lot of modern features, like very good double windows, a new bathroom and very good air-conditioning. We liked the area, because it was easy to walk to a lot of sights.

Very comfortable family stay in a wonderful location

We had a wonderful stay in this traditional Japanese style home. It was in a great location, well-appointed and had dedicated parking. The owners were very kind and accommodating. We will definitely try to stay here again if we return to the region.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Our stay was perfect, but it is worth noting that the traditional house was a bit cold, and the stairs up to the futon mattresses were very steep for small children or those with impairments.

wonderful apartment with home-stay atmosphere

Perfect place to stay if you like tatami rooms and a calm neighborhood. We will definetely come again, in case we visit Kanazawa once more.

Great stay

Great place, fantastic and very hospitable host. Very good location, next to the Omicho market. Had a perfect stay.
