Good location - next to shopping mall with good accessibility to food & transport.
No housekeeper or attendant there to make sure things are alright upon check in. When we requested for missing pillow and missing bedsheet, it took quite long to deliver. Ceiling lights in the middle room were blinking but the problem was not rectified. Guests had to turn off the light.

Just the location, else was very disappointed
1. Apartment been renovated from studio to 2 Bedroom flat
2. Beds were uncomfortable at all
3. Pictures been presented were from reality
4. Nothing at all in kitchen
5. Owner refuse to communicate with us during check-in, kept us for 5 hours in the lobby waiting, no flexibility at all

The location of the stay.near to the mall and easy to get my meal.the room is clean.
The guideline is out of date (giant is closed)....and the photo is not clear. It is difficult to find the car park entrance. The main door of the stay does not have the soft closer. I need to hold the door carefully when the child is with me. The sofa also looks stale.overall is meeting the expectation.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this rooms for anyone visiting downtown . peacee ✌🏻

ok for us since we visiting relatives so come back just to sleep at night. easily to get food.
easier since there’s a washing machine but no dryer and iron using international cord and if you have universal plug you good. do bring your own extension cord to make things easier if you travel with family. tv available but no Netflix and such as per advertised. the wires all disconnected seems like they not allowed us to use. and we found baby cockroaches on the 1st night.

One of the rooms of apartment was locked when we checked in because the apt offered 2 bedrooms. We were very uneasy throughout our stay especiallt at night because we are not sure what is stored inside....drugs? Or someone is hiding inside? I think is not fair to us giving us this kind of fear. We are only staying for 5 nights.
