The location and the cottage, very clean and comfortable.

Super clean. A perfect, quiet retreat
There is a short, 1/8 mile rough road leading to the cottage. Nothing major, but just drive slowly, try to arrive when there is daylight.
There is a washer & dryer in the basement. Bring groceries in advance, there are plenty of cookware and plates and utensils. Treat it like your own home. The Blueridge Parkway is just a few miles up the hill.
