great location right on the waterfront

felt a little worn and tired. bedding very thin and old. towels were a bit stale and needed a good wash and dry

We loved the Cleanliness, the views, the amenities and the location.

There was no breakfast, we brought out own. Our unit # 202 was very nice. It was just the two of us so we had plenty of room. We enjoyed the view, and the deck very much.

We were on a 2nd floor unit. The unit above us had a family with two small children we think, and we could hear every foot step everyone took. When they left Sunday, the quiet was very appreciated. The complex is aging and needs maintenance. I noticed a soffit missing and a soffit loose, the pool has used up its usefullness and needs to be replaced. It is cracked, as is the pool deck. And there was a lot of stuff floating in the pool as well as on the floor of the pool. I think the entire pool area needs to be replaced. I don't know if each unit is owned by a owner, or if one person or company owns the whole place, but there is a definite need for basic maintenance. Also when everyone left on Sunday, and took their trash to the designated area, it was a big mess...so much so that we took our trash and recycle with us, because I did not want to go near the flies and whatever that gathered around the trash area. There were not enough bins, and people just threw their trash bags on the ground and on top of one another. Another item was the heavy wrought iron table and chairs on the patio. They were to heavy to move, and to uncomforable to sit on. Plus the paint was flaking off...

The views were amazing. The townhouse was spacious and comfortable. The pool was warm. Perfect for those who want to kayak. We loved the experience.

I'm a busy business person who gets a ton of emails. The only negative is a little petty but, when the host was asked to resend the code information, the "RESENT" response seemed a little gruff. Understood it had likely been sent and I had misplaced it, even admitted so in the email. A "not a problem" or "have a great time" would have been a kinder response to a paying customer. The view was spectacular and the home fantastic, thank goodness.

Couch is worn and smells. Mattress in second bedroom is hard and uncomfortable. Vents in bathrooms and microwave bang in the wind and are noisy. Refrigerator door was loose. We screwed it back together with a screw driver from our car.
