The location
cleaning rules before leaving when it was not spotless when we got there and supposedly had a cleaning company. The towels and wash cloths was super worn out, sofa had stains on it. Long strands of hair on counter. Refrigerator paint was coming off fridge.

the complex is in a gated neighborhood so it is very private. The furniture on the balcony was awesome, we spent most of our time out there.
the elevator stopped working for periods of time but was quickly fixed.

Location is great, very convenient. Beach view is beautiful.
The apartment, especially the kitchen, could use some improvement. Oven was dirty, finish was chipped off the refrigerator, dish washer soap (for 1 load) was not available as indicated in the information we were given. Overall, the building could be cleaner. The property was overpriced, in my opinion.
