Well the room was fine and well maintained but didn't provide any sanitisation
The room AC took longer to kickstart, also the room we booked that is a suite was not allotted and changed into a classic room. Also no complimentary water was provided also one towel was given.
Misinformation provided by the hotel and even after booking, also they charged us extra in the name of smoking charges.
