Cette unité donne sur une belle cour et des bois à seulement quelques pas du réservoir Harriman pour la navigation de plaisance et la natation. Profitez de 8 miles d'eau cristalline, de plages isolées et de lieux de pique-nique. Des jet-skis et des bateaux sont disponibles juste au coin de la rue ou juste devant votre porte se trouvent des kilomètres de pistes cyclables ou de randonnée autour du réservoir. Mount Snow n'est qu'à une courte distance en voiture et la ville de Wilmington possède à la fois d'excellents restaurants et des magasins, donc pas besoin de cuisiner, sauf si vous le souhaitez dans votre nouvelle cuisine.

We had a wonderful time in Wilmington at this property. It was well equipped with everything that was needed to make our stay enjoyable. Jan ,our host was very accommodating. We would definitely keep this apt. in mind if we were to return to the area.

The unit was incredibly clean and super cute. It has everything you could possibly need ( fridge, stovetop, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker). The location was perfect to get to and from downtown Wilmington (3 mile drive) and to explore other areas such as Bennington and Manchester. Nice, easy walk to the reservoir each morning with our dog. Jan had dog bowls, treats, dog towel, dog blanket, dog toys and dog shampoo available for us to use. We were treated to fresh eggs from their chickens, as well as fresh banana bread. The landscape is beautiful and there is a lovely fire pit that was all set up and ready for us to use. Unfortunately, the black flies and other bugs were too bad for us to be able to enjoy. Jan was accommodating and communicative and the unit was beautiful, clean and efficient. Highly recommend.

Overall it was a very lovely apartment, very cleanly, and access to the game room was a huge plus. We were however; very disappointed with the mattress as it was extremely firm and uncomfortable.

I’ve never seen a small space so perfectly put together. Jan had everything we needed, in a beautiful serene space. I was thrilled with our accommodations.

Jan was especially hospitable to our dog Charlie which was greatly appreciated. Their rental is a perfect place to stay when visiting the slopes and beautiful Southern Vermont. We had delicious meals at Alpenglow and Folly, and wish we could've taken the Village Roost home with us.

We brought our dog and she had the most fun running around the yard every day and during our hike around the reservoir. Jan was a wonderful, friendly host who checked in to make sure we had everything we needed while also giving us our space. She also made the place very dog friendly - already with dog beds, bowls, treats, etc when we arrived! We also enjoyed using the fire pit, grill, and game room too! It had everything we were looking for. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful, nature filled getaway.

This area is beautiful and safe. The property is lovely! You are just steps from a park and the water. I saw three bald eagles and a family of ducks walked right past my window! Jan left me fresh eggs, banana bread, wine, snacks and fresh vegetables from her garden! She checked on me a few times. The town of Wilmington was close and very cute! Loved it!!

Our second stay
Jan provides a quaint apartment-like rental in a very peaceful location on the Harriman Reservoir just outside Wilmington. The room includes all the amenities for a relaxing stay including full kitchen facilities, a comfortable queen bed, modern bath, and a pull-out sofa bed. Access to a large, adjacent game room adds to your enjoyment along with an outdoor seating area, a Weber grill, and a wood-burning fire pit. On arrival, we found fresh eggs from the owners' chickens in the frig and a family of ducks in their pond. The owners live above the apartment, are very accessible, and provide complete privacy during your stay. A wonderful and peaceful place to stay in Southern Vermont.

The studio unit is nice, bright, clean and well stocked. My husband and I had a nice stay with our fur babies.
It’s under 20 mins to Mt Snow and there are some pretty good restaurants in the town of Wilmington only few mins away. Folly and Alpenglow Bistro is a must try!
The owners Jan and Rich are friendly and were quick to respond to questions. We really appreciated the fresh farm eggs, fresh baked banana cake and orange juice. That was really nice of them.

The studio unit is nice, bright, clean and well stocked. My husband and I had a nice stay with our fur babies.

Wonderful stay
My wife, our dog and I loved this place! Great location--close to downtown Wilmington and set back enough so you can enjoy the scenery. The place was clean and looked brand new. Jan and Rich were kind enough to give us eggs from the chickens they have on the property! We also had access to the game room to play pool and pinball. Our dog loved being able to run around the large front yard and go for walks in the woods. Can't say enough great things about this place! Definitely check it out!

Relaxing Weekend
We had an amazing weekend! Jan was a fantastic host, and even made us a fresh load of banana bread one morning! The place was clean and had a fully stocked fridge. It was located close to the adorable town of Wilmington. We did not want to leave! Would definitely recommend this place.

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need to prepare a meal. We enjoyed morning walks to the park on the lake, down a very lovely wooded road. The town of Willmington, a five minute drive. Is picture perfect. Everyone in town is very friendly, as well as welcoming of dogs. , I would definitely recommend this house for a restful getaway in a forgoes part of the country.

This private apartment is small, but just the right size for a couples getaway. Jan and Rich have done at great job of providing everything you need for your stay, including access to a game room! This property includes beautiful gardens, a pond with ducks, private fire pit and patio with grill. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely visit again!
