Location, view, cleanliness, household equipment

Not related to this specific property, the area and possibly the whole of Malta has a VERY serious lack of parking areas. People wishing to travel around should seriously consider all other transportation means before deciding to rent a car.

Really awesome view. Nice terrace with table and chairs where you can see the sea, boats and and clifs ahead. Beds are super comfy. We were happy to see the welcoming wine and cookies.

You could want for nothing. The appartment has an incrediable view and the amount of facilities is exceptional.Neil is an exceptional host and will respond to and act on any message within the hour.

*Just for people to he aware, not a complaint. If you are staying with children, note that the water in the bathroom gets extremely hot very quickly.

Malta itself is beautiful, and was made even more wonderful by our stay at this apartment. From the beginning Neil was quick to reply to all my queries. Communication was great. Self check-in was easy, the keys were left in a secure key box by the door. Location was superb, St Paul’s Bay is about 15-20 minutes to all the nice beaches (Ghajn Tuffieha, Melleiha Bay, Paradise Bay). If not, a few metres from the apartment, you can jump into the sea for a swim as the locals do. The apartment was spacious for a small family (2 adults and 1 toddler). The kitchen was well equipped with all pots and pans, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, washing machine and even, a dishwasher! Clearly a lot of thought and care from Neil and Chris to make this apartment an incredible stay. An only small suggestion is if there could be a standing fan in the living room, as it meant we had to put on air-conditioning all day (32 degrees!) Otherwise, the apartment was amazing and I’d fully recommend!

Parking was difficult, but I think that’s for everywhere in Malta. It just meant that you’d had to circle around the blocks a few times to find one.

Great location, fully equipped including Nespresso machine. View over the bay is amazing. Very close to beaches and restaurants.

Slightly difficult to find park on streets nearby, but there’s usually one about on promenade - this is because it’s in a popular area

This appartment profits from its unbeatable balcony & view - stunning! It is a perfect flat for 3-4 persons. 1 master double bedroom, 1 smaller double bedroom. Great kitchen equipment for self catering. Neil is the perfect host, always helpful with tips and supported when needed. Easy check in procedure. Would definitely book again😄

The location is exceptional and the view was amazing. The place was spotless clean and there was everything that we needed in the apartment. The host was really nice and was quick to respond to any questions which we had. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent stay in this cozy apartment. For us it was very good located, kind of close to the life on the promenade, but still far enough to enjoy the view from the balcony in peaceful atmosphere. The communication with the owner Neil was easy at all times. We felt like home with all comforts we need.
