This house was so great for my friends and I to stay. The location was convenient and it was an easy check in and check out process. I would definitely stay here again!

This was an amazing place to stay. It was close to everything we wanted to do. And it was nice that our son had his own space that he could go chill when he needed to. I would definitely stay here again.

The accommodations were perfect for the family, however we did not know that it was a basement unit. You could definitely hear the people above us walking around, and they were pretty quiet after 10:00 p.m., but up and about around 6:00 a.m. All and all it was a good vacation.

Easy to access, plenty of room for two, comfortable outdoor area, great experience overall.

If only the outside of the property looks like the inside of the property. It was a decent location easy to get to every place that we wanted to visit.

This property is well located. We were easily able to get many places to visit; Red rocks, lookout mountain, butterfly pavilion as well as small town shopping and dining.

Came over or golf and Rockies game. Perfect for 3 guys

Enjoyed our stay.

I came here with my friend to hike for 4 days and catch a concert at RR. Everything we did is 15-45 minutes from here. The unit is nice, basic accommodations are provided. We didn’t cook, very basic kitchen utensils but we also stayed hiking all the time. The coffee maker had to be replaced during our stay but it was an easy fix. At that time they also provided fresh coffee and filters. The neighborhood is nice and “late night walkable” if you take the bus alone. All in all a good trip. The only thing that could’ve been better about being in the unit was a little more quiet in the wee hours. If you’re up before dawn, this is your place.

This was perfect for my needs. The interior property was very nice, clean, and more spacious than anticipated, and I felt it was priced very fair. Everything I used worked well and was well maintained (only missed a blower dryer since I was traveling light). Really a great place! Will definitely stay here again when we return to visit family. Thank you so much, it was wonderful.

The condo was clean and ready for us to stay. Owner gave us clear directions on getting into the place. My only complaint was when I was stripping the bed there were some stains on the mattress protector that made me a little uncomfortable, but the owners did have clean sheets on the bed for our stay.

This property has some issues. It advertises that is sleep six but then when I let Glen know we would have 3 adults staying he charged me extra indicating that the advertised pricing was for two occupants. None of the other VRBO’s that we stayed in charged us extra. Just be aware of this. There is no central a/c and the property was too warm for sleeping comfortably. It is a daylight basement property and it smelled musty and was dark. One bedroom was missing a smoke alarm which I addressed with Glen and he said it was on order. When we removed the sheets for washing upon leaving there is a large stain on one of the mattresses. Despite being a non smoking property one of the bedrooms smelled like smoke due to the tenant above the property according to Glen. The best part about this property for us was that it was very convenient to Red Rocks.

We were very happy with our stay at Mountain View apartment. It was comfortable and cozy, upgraded kitchen and bathroom, comfy beds and plenty of room. We will stay there again when the opportunity arises.

We came into town for a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater and decided to stay here because it was fairly central. It is very close to a Walmart, gas stations, cannabis shops (if you’re into that sort of thing) & fast food. Tennyson Street was a quick drive & there were many bars & restaurants to choose from. We did rent a car at the airport but took an Uber to Red Rocks and they found us just fine. It was about a 15 minute drive. There was an issue with the shower drain not draining and Glen was easy to contact and right on top of it. The plumbing company took forever to come but that was no fault of Glen’s. He was apologetic and even stopped by to make sure everything was going good otherwise. The kitchen is very nice! The couch & beds are comfortable & having a washer/dryer was very nice. We will stay here again if we return to Denver.

Overall this stay was adequate. We were able to do all the traveling we needed, and it was in a fairly nice location. However, I gave this vrbo 3 stars because of the following: it smelled like dog, there were 3 blue-ish sticky spots sticking together the sheets in my boyfriend/my bed (so we ended up sleeping on top of the sheets), it got so hot in the rooms since there was no central A/C so we had to sleep with the doors open, and the A/C would flood over this trash bin that we had to continually empty (which is honestly not so big of a deal, we just didn't know we had to empty it at first), and the apartment just didn't feel as clean as other vrbos I've been in in the past. Overall, there's definitely room for improvement in this vrbo, but it was not as nice as we would have liked our stay to be. Checking-in was easy, kitchen was decently stocked, the shower was very nice, and the beds were comfy (besides the sheet) issue.
