Choisissez un film dans la collection de DVD ou apportez un jeu de société de chez vous et profitez de moments en famille de qualité. Il y a aussi un deuxième salon en bas avec TV. Parfait pour ranger les enfants avec un film vous laissant profiter d'un temps de qualité.
La cuisine est équipée d'un grand réfrigérateur et d'un congélateur séparé, d'un four et d'un lave-vaisselle. Installez les enfants sur l'un des tabourets de bar et servez les céréales du matin tandis que le soleil pénètre par la fenêtre. Il y a aussi une salle à manger séparée avec une table de salle à manger de 10 places.
En bas, il y a une buanderie avec machine à laver et un espace supplémentaire pour le stockage. Il y a aussi une salle de bain séparée en bas avec douche.
A l'étage il y a 5 chambres. Le maître spacieux vient une chambre King avec ventilateur et système divisé, la chambre est dotée de grandes fenêtres et d'une chaise longue parfaitement positionnée. Profitez d'un moment de qualité avec une tasse de thé relaxante devant les grandes baies vitrées. Les deuxième et quatrième chambres contiennent toutes deux des reines, la troisième un tribunal avec un lit simple.
A l'étage il y a une grande salle de bain avec baignoire et douche séparées et une chambre avec toilettes séparées.
En bas, la propriété dispose d'un bar rustique avec télévision, idéal pour regarder le match avec quelques bières. C'est également là que la 5ème et 6ème chambre est une chambre Queen avec chambre connectée contenant un ensemble de lits superposés. Idéal pour les adolescents qui souhaitent un peu d'indépendance.
L'extérieur est un grand jardin extérieur avec un trampoline dans le jardin, parfait pour divertir les enfants ou pour jouer à un jeu de foot. Le jardin est entièrement sécurisé et accepte les animaux.

Really nice property very spacious and garage turned into a gaming room with pool table table tennis and foosball huge back yard with trampoline lots to keep kids entertained and only short drive to shops and fishing was amazing at moyne river just around the corner

Perfect for multiple families in a great location
We shared this house with two other families and it met our needs perfectly.
It is a short stroll to the Main Street and the house had everything we needed. It was well equipped with toys, games, trampoline, games tables, high chair, high quality bedding , heating, kitchen utensils, bbq…….the list goes on!
We were all very impressed with the house and highly recommend it

This place advertised a play space with a pool table and table tennis table in a separate garage but the doors were locked and there was no key available to get into it. The trampoline was looking very tattered around the edges and uninviting. The outdoor seating area at the back overlooking the lawn had many spiderwebs.
It advertises for 13 people but the bedroom at the back has no window or ventilation and is quite stuffy; the bunk beds are very compact and uninviting.
The dishwasher is only half size and for a place that supposed to accommodate 13 people this is not really practical.
There are only 10 dining chairs so any more than 10 have to sit on bar stools.
The stairs were steep and the layout of the ground floor is a bit confusing. Would not recommend this place for for older people.
However, the house was clean and the location quiet and had a good front lawn enclosed by a gate so is good for young kids to play in. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Good size freezer and fridge.

It was a fabulous place to stay but not enough bedrooms for us. Not sure if it was miscommunication on our behalf but only 4 bedrooms & we asked for a place with 6. We had to revise our stay but the beds were so comfortable as was all the furniture, clean & great facililities & games etc for the family

Port fairy break
It was a fabulous place to stay but not enough bedrooms for us. Not sure if it was miscommunication on our behalf but only 4 bedrooms & we asked for a place with 6. We had to revise our stay but the beds were so comfortable as was all the furniture, clean & great facililities & games etc for the family

The property catered very well to our needs. It was very clean.
It was an easy walk in to town for activities and the house was well stocked with books and toys for the children in our group.
The games shed is excellent and we made good use of it.
The managers were super accompanying of our need to change dates due to covid restrictions.
Some notes for future guests: the upstairs shower is bigger, but down stairs had better water pressure. The dish washer is very small, but these are the only 3 challenges we had with an otherwise excellent property.
