Very friendly and helpful owner/manager. Very good and fast response (even-though at night) regarding adjusting the room temperature. Clean, spacious and comfortable flat. Close to the center of the city.
Complete amenities and supplies. Excellent wifi.

Kitchen sink tap whilst working wobbled violently and urgently needs attention

We liked the fact it was easy to find and plenty of room.
Was a lovely layout and the bathrooms were lovely.
It is on the main road and very noisy all night long.
It came up as wheelchair accessible. Which it was bar the massive wooden doorsill.
Also the no warning about height restriction of the under ground parking.
We have a van and only just fit in the garage.

Modern appt n nicely done up. Linda provided clear instructions so everything was easy.
1. The parking. Although i was told before hand that parking is tight, it was really hard to reverse & park in the carpark & i had to be careful not to hit the wall on my right. Lucky no car was parked in Lot2 & i had some extra space to manoeuvre. Definitely not suitable parking for big cars.

Large and comfortable
Loose kitchen tap. a bit cold at times and had to manually increase the temperature each time. Thermostats had wrong value, showing around 10 degrees more than it was.

Hospitality welcome pack was very nice. Coffee machine and pods fab. Easy entry, good clear instructions. Fan in master bedroom was much appreciated. Nice fixtures and fittings, well stocked kitchen. Great location. 👍
A few things that would have made it from very good to exceptional.
A fan in the smaller bedroom. It was very hot while there, made sleeping difficult and while the master bedroom had a fan, the smaller room didn't.
The mattress in the master bedroom could have been more comfortable. It was 2 seperate ones I think, but the issue was you ended up turning during the night and rolling to the centre of the bed and the middle didn't feel supportive.
A few bits of damage to floors and furniture that I reported as soon as we arrived, so we would not be blamed. It would have been helpful to know before our arrival that they were already aware as it worried us and we took photos.

Car park space is very small I had to put drivers door as close to the wall as possible then exit the car via passenger door

The space was good and close to shopping and the river.
The apartment is right on the road so you hear every car pass by and every noise.

Access to the unit was through an app, which was great - but it was our first day in the country, so making sure that we had working cell phones right way was a bit stressful.

Location was very convenient and we were able to walk to lots of eateries and the Railway Station. Communication with the host was excellent - always responded promptly to any queries. Décor and facilities were lovely and it was really nice to be able to relax in our own private apartment.
Access via an App was an experience, especially for those of us who are unfamiliar with this technology but host sent video to help and explain how to use it.

We loved the location, there was lots of great eateries and shops within walking distance. Really liked the smart festures, within the apartment and the facilities were great. Really liked the little touches - cereal. tea and coffee along with the toiletries. The apartment was big, spacious and had good facilities for our stay, Linda was great at organising check in and check out times, along with any additional queries.
The car parking was good, and the location of Bridge Street parking opposite is also ideal for additional guests to park. Would recommend others to stay and would stay here again.
The only recommendation would be cleaning, there was a big stain on the bed, dust balls from under the bed, also dust along surfaces in the bathroom and ensuite along with limescale stains on the showers screens. There was also a handprint on the towel rail and hair in the shower in the ensuite. Dust on the tray where the toiletries sit with a ring stain, don't think they get cleaned often. We also noticed big cobwebs in the windows behind the shutters when opening the windows.

Loved how clean and modern the flat was. Tastefully decorated and everything was thought of to ensure an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Linda was very accommodating and helpful.

A spotlessly clean property, with a high quality fit out. Very comfy beds. Kitchen equipped with everything you could want. En-suite with powerful rain shower and bath in family bathroom. A really brilliant find. Parking spot against a wall, too tight for a VW Tiguan, but Lynda sorted straight away for us. Really great communication. Would thoroughly recommend.

Helpful host. Linda was very friendly and answered all my questions promptly.
There was a Range Rover parked in my dedicated parking space as well as its own! I had to park outside the car park.

The location was very central in Staines and it was an easy walk to all restaurants and malls. The apartment was airy, spacious and had all the amenities for a long stay.

Nice, clean tidy. Really good facilities - perfect for a family get away. And we’ll stocked with coffee which is always a bonus.

The electronic key is a good idea, the beds were comfortable & we had all the amenities we needed.
The area has plenty of shops & restaurants nearby.
The underground parking isn’t suitable for two cars next to each other as there isn’t enough room to get out of your car when parked. The host did sort me another parking spot out when requested. There is abit of traffic noise as the road outside, as the road is a main thoroughfare for the area.

Apartment was lovely and very convenient location, the host, Linda, was amazing, there was an issue which was not her fault at all but her communication on this issue was brilliant.

Pre-arrival information was comprehensive, the property was easy to find and full instructions were provided to use the electronic key system.
The accommodation was spotlessly clean, well furnished and fully equipped.
Everything was superb.

The host Linda was absolutely fantastic once we booked made it very easy with the digital keys etc flat was exceptional with parking and everything you need. Will definitely be booking again
