We liked a lot the location of the appartment. Beds were also cozy.

We didn´t like the sofa, very old, a bit dirty and without enough space for five people. Overall, the living room was very unconfortable

First 2 days were great, then construction work began disrupting our mornings, followed by 2 apartments with very loud barking dogs that went on all night. We left 3 days before the end of our vacation when we were notified that the water supply would be switched off for 24 hours, we had our 2 year old daughter and this is unacceptable and unsanitary to have no shower or toilet water.

Unless you have a car it’s €15 for a taxi to Denia, this isn’t overly expensive but there is limited taxis available and they take an average of 30/45 minutes to come out of town to collect you. The barking dogs, the arrogant property manager who ignored our messages until notified that we had contacted booking.com to escalate the matter and pursue a refund.
