The location is perfect. It's very close to the White Elephant and The Breakers. So you'll pay a fraction of what those hotels cost to be in the same neighborhood. Front desk and valet employees are super nice.
There was some construction in the front foyer. The building may have water leaks that results in a musty smell. The pool was not open. Room was a bit dated. But dollar for dollar you can't beat the location!

L’emplacement et la taille du studio étaient parfaits pour notre court séjour à Palm Beach.
A noter par ailleurs : une bonne literie, un service de conciergerie 24h/24, une piscine, un valet parking, des bons pour le petit-déjeuner… sans oublier une communication excellente avant et pendant le séjour avec la gérante. Je reviendrai !
Batiment un peu vieillot qui aurait besoin d’être remis au goût du jour.

Great location. Clean. Excellent communication with the host. Breakfast is small and simple but free, so no complaints here... Free valet parking and amenities in the room such as slippers, bathrobes, coffee, etc are making this stay an incredible value.
Some construction work is taking place in the front of the building but our room was far away, so it did not bother us at all.

Strange way to check in where the hotel front desk gave you a key and the contact person for the room was somewhere else. The entry to the hotel was old and worn and there was a disconnect between check-in and and the condos rentals. Couldn't get the bedroom TV to work. Breakfast mediocre at best. I've had better croissants at Publix. No check-out, no receipt.

Location was great-walking distance to good restaurants. Also easy to drive to other areas. Room was clean. Nicely decorated. Staff at hotel was friendly.

property was lovely..breakfast tickets were nice but we never received them for the second night so that was a bit disappointing. we were all in all enchanted by this property and would love to stay there again

there was certainly some mold issues, in the AC unit, and on the curtains above the AC unit. We were coughing the morning after.

Publix and Green's pharmacy and dinner are close by. Room was clean and nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable.
Large mirror in the bedroom is a plus.
The bathroom toilet was very difficult to sit on. It is located between the shower wall and the sink. The bathroom sink is also very small.
The over night parking for the room is two blocks away. The parking permit must be placed in your vehicle. It's a two block walk while carrying luggage and the permit must be returned to the room. The free breakfast is a cup of coffee and a croissant.

Location is pretty good as you can walk to various places and restaurants

The building carpet dated most likely post world war 2. Swimming pool is all day on shade with no sun and closes at 4pm on Saturday and Sunday.
The small apartment is ok but the kitchen is pretty inexistent. Not really worth the money they are asking for.

The room could have been cleaner. The baseboards were dusty . They gave you coffee but the little packets of cream curdled
