We had a wonderful time at the beach, the vacation Villa was excellent, very clean, well-organized, short walking distance to the beach. The communication with management was optimal. Overall, our staying was outstanding. I will recommend this Villa to my friends and family.

We couldn’t have been happier with the location or complex and pool. It was perfect for a Mother/Daughter last minute get-a-way. It was an easy walk to the beach with public beach access. We couldn’t have asked for more in regards to the unit itself or the location. My only problem with the unit was with the refrigerator. It does not cool properly. It never got cool enough to make ice. I had to put the refrigerator foods in the freezer portion so that they would not ruin. I called the management company on day one and someone did come in that afternoon...however, they didn’t check the correct appliance. They left a note regarding soap - so I am thinking they looked at the dishwasher??? - which had no problem. Anyway, I called the management company back and explained and they apologized...however they never did send anyone to look at or fix the fridge. I did notice another reviewer back in May of 2023 that had the same complaint regarding the fridge. It is not a problem at all of it being overstocked. It simply doesn’t cool. It either needs fixed properly or they need to purchase a new one for future renters. I wouldn’t have been happy at all if we would have lost our food that we purchased for this vacation....but thankfully, we made it work by placing it in the freezer - which was more of the temperature of what the actual fridge section should have been.

Our family had a great time. The condo was perfect for us and just liked the picture showed. We had no problems. The pool was just a few steps from our door. We definitely enjoyed and would absolutely stay again.

The property was exactly as pictured, a cute beach condo. It was a nice place for our mother daughter get away. The pool was just steps away. it was easy to get to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice place ! Was really clean and pretty as the pictures show . The only complaints would be the Fridge and freezer had a hard time keeping things cold and it wasn’t overstocked. There were no hangers to hang our clothes on. Tried to buy some but couldn’t find any around the area. Overall had a nice time , quiet area great biking neighborhood

The Rollin Tides condo is exactly as photos show on VRBO. The Kingsize bed is very comfy and the decor nice. It was clean and had very easy access to the pool and parking. It was super convenient for beach access. The beach was gorgeous and less than a mile from the condo. We had a wonderful time.

Nice place, great location,pool was nice and quiet, could have used a cleaning but it was nice. Could use some more cooking supplies for people who like to eat in. We had a bit of a Nat problem in unit, couldn't tell where they were coming from after killing 25 or so of them. Couldn't ask for an easier checking process and property management answered all and any questions we asked. Would rent from them and in the area again for sure

Good stay
We had a good stay at this property. It is a 5 minute walk to the public beach access, which we found to be pretty small & crowded.
The property met our overall needs but could benefit from a few items that we didn’t locate like a cutting board, scissors and plastic storage containers with lids.

Overall a great rental experience. Loved the location and convenience to beach, gas station/store, and beach towns. Pool was nice. Kitchen was well stocked. It was nice having washer and dryer in the unit. The only problem we had was bathtub didn't drain well. Would be more appealing to have the porch and front entrance more cleaned up before each guest.

My husband and I rented this cute condo for a long weekend and we had a wonderful time. It's a very short walk to the beach and practically next door to one of the nicest restaurants in 30A (cafe 30A). You will enjoy your stay at this place and you will be counting down the days until you can go back to Seagrove. I know I am!

I often travel to the Panhandle on business. I’m not a fan of extended stays in hotels and thus little oasis proved to be ideal. The added benefit of a full kitchen and laundry was only outweighed by the patio overlooking the pool, a great place to unwind or enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Comfortable and clean, well managed and affordable.

My wife and I enjoy spending time in the Fort Walton Beach area. We selected Seagrove for our anniversary and booked Rollin Tide Villas C2 for our stay. It's location is perfect as it is a 2 minute walk to Angelina - a very nice family style Italian restaurant and one more minute to the more upscale Cafe 30A restaurant. Beach access is across the street from the complex and grocery shopping is only 5 to 10 minutes away by car (Publix).
The apartment was comfortable and spotless with all the necessary amenities and a very well stocked kitchen. However, we had a major problem as this unit is on the first floor and any movements from the people above could be heard. At times it felt like people were exercising as the stumping was so loud and pronounced that we could actually feel the vibrations emanating from the ceiling.
We also had problem with the bedroom TV intermittently losing the picture (appeared to be buffering - wheel spinning).
We would rate this property higher if we had not experienced these problems.

Our experience was good. The bed was comfortable as was the sofa and chair. Very important. I would like to say though one roll of toilet paper for two people for 10 days is not enough. Also 2 washcloths per person would have been good. How many people use the same washcloth for 10 days? Overall we were very satisfied and would stay there again.
