The property is very clean and has all the facilities you could need.

I wasn’t overly keen on the heating system BUT the main thing is the flat was always warm once I got the settings honed in. And that’s what really mattered.

Very clean, spacious apartment. Plenty of space for a family of 5. Excellent communication from host and cheap parking nearby.

Just be aware this apartment is very noisy. Whilst this is no fault of the owner I would be aware of this before you book, particularly if you are a family. It is ground floor and opposite student flats so from evening until early hours of the morning there is a lot of noise from the street. As a family this did effect us and our children. In addition, when we got up on Sunday morning the central lobby for the apartments was covered in rubbish and takeaway food which had quite literally been thrown everywhere - not great!

Property was located in very noisy location opposite student accommodation. Didn’t want to open windows as ground floor flat. People sat smoking weed on stairs of entrance, not ideal when travelling with kids.

Modern, new and mostly extremely well furnished. Excellent location, host was friendly, courteous and professional.

Contractual obligation not met. I checked in at 15:00, however property had not been cleaned. I was charged a cleaning fee when booking, so was completely surprised. The owner called me stating there had been a mix up, I wasn’t given a choice - they came and cleaned whilst I had personal possessions at the property. Family waited until cleaning was completed, before using premises. Horrendous start to what was supposed to be a formality. I appreciate errors are made, however a business that has regular turnover of guests and charges top prices should at the minimum meet their contractual obligation. The owner cannot be reached via the number advertised. The two seater sofa has obviously seen better days.

Really comfortable apartment for a family, there was a highchair and 2 big beds in spacious bedrooms. Big sofa and TV with Netflix. Although it was in the city centre it was not noisy at all!

Make sure to be given the code for the basement door otherwise you might get stuck there when you go to throw away the rubbish

The apartment was perfect for our family staying in Sheffield for the weekend. It had ample space, well kitted out, and the owners were great at providing clear instructions for how to get into the building. I had even asked for a slightly later check in and this was no issue. Kids loved the stay.

The location was perfect! The flat was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. Was really impressed with the little extras such as ear plus, cotton buds etc in the bathroom and cooking bits (oil, seasoning etc) in the kitchen. Bedrooms were lovely and spaceous and everything was very clean. Access to the building on arrival was simple and the owners were great at keeping in touch- even messaged to check we'd checked in ok. The beds WERE SO COMFORTABLE! Had a splendid weekend catching up with friends, we didn't want to leave and if we have another meet up in Sheffield we shall definitely stay here again!

The property was well equipped and very clean. The rooms were big and the mattresses were really comfortable. There were little touches that were nice like the ear buds for sleeping Shower pressure was really good.

The quality of pillows let it down, my Mum only managed two hours sleep the first night and I about the same. I went and purchased new pillows the next day in order to sleep the following night
