Magnifique maison sur mesure située sur 3/4 d'acre et en bordure du parc national de Zion le long de la majestueuse rivière Virgin. La disposition ouverte comprend une chambre principale avec 1 lit king et une immense salle de bains principale, la chambre 2 dispose de deux lits jumeaux, la chambre 3 comprend 1 lit queen et une salle de bains privative, et la chambre 4 est située au sous-sol avec 1 lit queen et Une salle de bain attenante.
Veuillez noter qu'il y a une suite propriétaire attenante avec une entrée séparée qui est occupée à temps partiel.
La maison dispose d'une grande pièce centrale avec une cuisine gastronomique spacieuse avec des comptoirs en granit et des sièges de bar pour 7, une salle à manger avec des sièges pour 8 et un petit salon avec un grand canapé en coupe. This property was conveniently located right outside of Zion visitor center. We walked there daily. The shuttle made it easy to go into town since parking was hard to find in town. The house was clean and spacious and had several areas for tv, games and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting outside. The space was perfect lounging or watching sunsets. Great views!

This property was conveniently located right outside of Zion visitor center. We walked there daily. The shuttle made it easy to go into town since parking was hard to find in town. The house was clean and spacious and had several areas for tv, games and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting outside. The space was perfect lounging or watching sunsets. Great views!

My husband and I stayed with our 3 adult daughters and their significant others. The house could not have fit our needs any better. The rooms were comfortable and clean. But, the best part was the large dining table over the counter from the open kitchen. We had our “Big Chill” dinner preps going, sometimes grilling. No, the best part was the very short walking distance to the entrance of the park - easy shuttles, hardly any wait time. Wait, the best part was relaxing on the patio after a hike with the gorgeous view of mountains in the distance, while some of us went and soaked in the small river behind the property. Oh, I forgot another ‘best’ was on the same patio at night, watching the expanse of the stars in the sky. However, the very best part of our week was being with family in a lovely home where we felt at home.

I can’t say enough about this rental. The house was fantastic, the location is incredible, the views are awesome. The hosts were generous. I would give it 6 stars if I could. It was, hands down, the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. It was worth every penny. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Zion.

this was our first time visiting Zion our trip consisted of elderly parents and small children, the home was perfect because we were able to enjoy the enclosed yard we BBQ, played a family game of volley ball, corn hole and even attempted to fly a kite. the views from the sitting area were amazing. plenty of bathrooms, large kitchen easy to cook for a large family. beds were all comfortable. air conditioning worked great. plenty of parking. short walk to park entrance and shopping areas. i would definitley recommend to my friends and family

This property is nothing but wonderful! I've stayed at many short-term rentals and this is probably my favorite. The house itself is amazing. It has everything you could want and so much more. Let me just say that there are motion sensor night lights in the ceiling! It's these kinds of details that make this property so special. The location can't be beat. Sitting in the backyard is so beautiful and relaxing. You will not want to leave. Its a short walk to the park entrance and great restaurants. The diversity of the neighborhood just added to our experience. Our son and our dog both got to meet cows for the first time! We all can't wait to go back. Next time with friends though, because the house is huge.

The kitchen was better equipped than most other property rentals we have used. Great communication and easy check-in process. The location is amazing, there was more than adequate space for the 5 of us and our dogs to spread out and have quiet time if needed. The Zion backdrop in the yard is breathtaking. A fabulous stay
This property was perfect for our family reunion, and we will definitely plan to stay again. It was the second time we used the property for a family gathering. The owner was most accommodating and was quick to reply to questions. The owner allowed for a pet family member to join in, a fabulous bonus. One of us was in a wheel chair and was able to enjoy the stay as well.
This visit was during a cold spell, and we wished the fireplace would have had more of a flame - mostly for the ambiance, as the house was plenty warm. Perhaps it had not yet been turned up for the winter. The only less-than-perfect comment is that the water wasn't as hot for showers or washing dishes as we would have liked. We were all water-aware in the desert, and may have not waited long enough. It really wasn't a problem, and the owner did have signs explaining about the process for hot water. It did not lessen our wonderful stay!
