Beautiful, modern condo was perfect for our family of 4 for 3 night stay during Thanksgiving holiday. Very spacious, clean, and conveniently located with easy access to beach, center of town, and shopping. Craig (host) was very prompt in responding to any questions we had. We especially appreciated access to bikes and beach toys shared with guests. We highly recommend booking this condo for your next Amelia Island visit!

The house was exactly as advertised - spacious, clean, and right across the street from the beach. There were some quirks though. The house was well supplied with many things but there was no basics such as toilet paper, tissues, paper towels or soap for the shower. The check in/out process was simple. The management team was extremely responsive. The smoke detector in the master bedroom was chirping and they were there within the hour to replace the battery. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. There is a hotel next door so there was a lot of traffic, light and noise coming from that side, particularly when then emptying the dumpsters at 5:30 am. The house is on A1A so there was quite a bit of road noise too. But I can forgive any minor issues for an ocean view and beach access! I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay, so convenient to the beach- (5 min walk), grocery stores, restaurants & downtown Amelia. Garage full of beach equipment if needed and bikes! Very short walk to beach, either via car to the parking lot at Sliders or walk straight across the road to beach access right across the from house. Craig, our host, is a great communicator, messaged back very quickly. We have stayed here several summers and will again.

We decided on a quick getaway and this location fit the criteria. We enjoyed the weekend and accommodations. Friends that accompanied us stayed in the upstairs bedroom and did have a minor complaint, no TV in the room.

We loved this place! Great setup. Description has beach chairs and etc available for use. That is true! The only thing we will take next time is our big cooler. I would suggest driving on the beach if you have to haul several items but a wagon is available. The only thing better would have been if it was located on the beach side. Fun time with friends. Just and fyi The only kitchen item used was the coffee pot but we went to enjoy time together not cook!

Absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect. Beautiful home and could not think of one thing we needed that was not there. Very clean and comfortable. We did have more than one car at a time and that was a little trying but we made do. Will stay again!

We had a wonderful week on Amelia Island. The townhouse was fabulous. Our only issue was that the A/C went out but Craig took care of the issue promptly. I would highly recommend staying here for your vacation. Craig has made sure you all the necessities plus plenty of beach supplies. We will definitely stay here again if we ever return to Amelia Island. Thank you Craig for everything. :-)))

We had a great time at this condo! It was clean , great location (short walk across the street to the beach) and fit all of our needs. In the garage- they had absolutely everything you need for a week at the beach- bikes, boogie boards,beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc!

I booked this property for my brother-in-law’s wedding. The property is located near food and beach access (easily walkable). I highly recommend this property if you’re staying on Amelia Island!

This townhouse had plenty of room for our family of five. The kitchen was well stocked and the home was very clean. Craig was extremely responsive and was happy to answer any questions we had. The unit is located right across from the beach and is an easy walk to nearby restaurants and local stores. Would definitely return here if I had the opportunity!

Perfect condo for a family vacation
The condo was perfect for our family vacation. It was stocked with all the necessities to start a vacation as well as extra chairs, wagon, beach toys, etc.. The condo was walking distance from restaurants and the beach access. We enjoyed the live music at night that could be heard from a local restaurant and the beach access that allows vehicles to drive right on to the beach. The owner was great with communication and prepared the condo perfectly. Would love to stay again.

Beautiful property, super clean and noise level is minimal but next to dining and anything you need. Lot's of condiment's supplied and coffee which was a lifesaver on a Holiday weekend!! Thanks so much will use again.

It was very comfortable for the 5 of us, and our 2 year old enjoyed playing in the house when we weren't at the beach. The owners have a great selection of beach items in the garage that we were able to use as well. The only minor thing to know for future renters would be to bring some basic house needs like dishwasher detergent, sponges, paper towels, and trash bags. If you forget, there are plenty of stores nearby, though. Overall, we definitely would stay here again!

Convenient & Clean Vacation Rental
The townhouse/condo was clean, spacious and stocked with everything needed for cooking. The garage is filled with tons of nice beach chairs, a beach wagon, beach toys and a few bicycles. The owner was absolutely a pleasure to work with from the online booking process, communication about check-in and resolving an issue that arose during our stay. Highly recommend!

My 2 sisters and I stayed in Craig’s condo for a special Girl’s getaway. We had a great time. The condo was clean and very well stocked! Even had condiments in the fridge! Craig was super nice to call me when my sister left her IPad after checkout. The access to the beach was right across the street. Easy walk to the beach, shops, restaurants,and bike rentals. Such a beautiful condo
My 2 sisters and I stayed in Craig’s condo for a special Girl’s getaway. We had a great time. The condo was clean and very well stocked! Even had condiments in the fridge! Great family rental
We love Amelia island and this location is perfect for young families. A young family's. Right across the street is a great restaurant that offers a playground for kids to play while you enjoy a cocktail and eat. The house was nice and clean had everything that we needed for the beach. Only complaint was we are in the middle of paper towels and there were no dishtowels. So we had to use some bath towels to clean the dishes. Everything else was awesome. So many games and fun things to do inside on rainy days as well. I would definitely stay here again.

The common spaces were even more spacious and comfortable than the pictures make them appear. Great covered balcony with an ocean view. We used all the parking available- 2 designated outdoor spaces, and we were able to squeeze a small SUV in the single garage. Easy and quick walk to the beach. We made use of the provided beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and beach wagon. The townhouse was well equipped with just about everything we forgot at home (like tape!).
