There is nothing to like about as they could not even provide basic thing that is tooth brush Over that they were too rude and arrogant Specially the reception man Also the water bottle provided by them was not sealed and for that also they were charging us Worst experience

Staff and lack of basic necessities

It was pathetic experience, even after paying advance money for the room. The manager refused to give a room stating all rooms are booked and we can't give you the room. He said we have another property named vikrant residency. He took me there and gave the room. The bedsheet had ciggerate holes and was dirty as it was 400 500 rs room. They said we will give another room in 1 hour you settle here for 1 hour. And made me pay the amount. I paid the amount and they later didn't give me the room. So do not stay or book this property. Worst experience with bookings and fab hotel. Fab hotels should be delisted from bookings.com.

Hotel refused me because I was not Indian, however nowhere whilst booking did they say that they only take Indian citizens...???????????

Nothing except comfortable bedding

No Display Board on Property, No Welcome on Arrival, No Profesional Service, No Fab Hotel Approved Toiletries, No Tea / Coffee Provision in rooms, Room Size not Adequate, Bathroom Size not Adequate, Cost to Service is Very High. Even after we call 2-3 times for our requirements of drinking water, they didn't provide.

Clean and quiet rooms

Not much variety available for food. No mirror or dressing table in the room.

The staff was unaware of breakfast inclusion and full advance payment done . They were reluctant in welcoming the guests.

Absolutely nothing probably only wifi

Basics were missing in this property from kettle tea/coffee making facilities to hand towel and proper soap. Bed sheets and duvet cover linens were dirty only made presentable, as if not changed for fresh room.

the staff behaviour wasn’t upto the mark
