Mon luxueux 3 000 pieds carrés 4 lits / 3. La maison de ville 5bath est une maison douce au centre de tout. Mon endroit est idéal pour les couples, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles avec enfants, et se trouve à cinq minutes ou moins de l'hôpital Barnes, Cortex, Forest Park, Washington University, St. Université Louis, IKEA et tous les incroyables magasins et restaurants de l'un des St. Les quartiers préférés de Louis: le Central West End.
À l'intérieur de ma maison neuve de conception moderne, vous trouverez des appareils en acier inoxydable, des meubles de quincaillerie de restauration et des accessoires haut de gamme partout, sans parler de la cuisine d'un chef haut de gamme, d'une baignoire à jets et d'une douche principale avec deux pommes de douche.
Cette liste aura 2 unités séparées côte à côte, ce qui signifie que vous aurez 2 cuisines complètes, 2 espaces de vie et beaucoup d'espace et d'intimité pour votre réunion de famille.
J'adore vraiment mon quartier. Je suis juste en bas de la rue des musées et des pistes de jogging / vélo dans l'un des plus grands parcs urbains du pays (Forest Park), il y a d'innombrables restaurants incroyables à proximité. Il y a aussi beaucoup de vie nocturne, ainsi qu'un tout nouveau Whole Foods et la très belle épicerie Straub's à quelques pâtés de maisons. Tout cela, et c'est toujours agréable et calme la nuit.

We were there for a family wedding from out of state. The house was amazing and accommodates a large group very well. Only issue with the house itself is the fact that there are a lot of stairs, if traveling with an older person it can make it difficult.
The neighborhood that this house is in did not feel super safe. Once inside the house it felt safe, but outside just did not. Matter of fact, during our stay our neighbors car got stolen through the night. They do offer a garage to put your vehicle in, however we arrived in the dark and could not figure out how to get to the back alley to get into the garage. Only other complaint was that there were very few television channels and there was a roku remote, but no roku itself?

I had requested an early check in. I was told if no one was renting before us there would be no problem getting in. There was no one before us. When we arrived it was raining and we were stuck outside for 30 min until we were allowed to enter the downstairs unit. There was 1 lady cleaning this giant house. The whole house needs a deep clean. The baseboards and bathrooms need cleaning. There was no washcloths or kitchen towls. The space was great. Beds were firm.

The property was just what our family needed. The unit upstairs was large enough to our family to have our meals together, laugh, talk, play games and watch television. The downstairs unit with the two bedrooms kitchen and its own washer/dryer, kitchen and living room was cozy. However, the location is not wheelchair accessible or good for individuals who have issues walking - there are a lot of stairs. Additionally, the kitchen dishwasher needed a really good cleaning, the jacuzzi tub didn't work in the master bathroom, and for the upstairs unit (at least on the side we stayed) other than the television in the living room the only other television was in the master bedroom and there was no remote to be found for it. But overall the place was clean, location quiet and we truly enjoyed our stay.

The place was clean, well equipped and perfect for large groups. The TV situation was my only complaint, there should be at least basic cable setup on the main TV in the living room. Connecting your phone via bluetooth on the TV was spotty at best.

My family of 11 booked this property for a birthday celebration. Overall the house was fabulous and had all the space we needed. The proximity to downtown was nice, yet you didn’t feel at all like you were too close. We could walk to a coffee shop and to a fun bar so that was a bonus. The only thing I would
change is more family room seating and a larger kitchen table. Otherwise I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The host was excellent at replying to any communication I had!

This property worked great for our group of 9 adults. There were plenty of bedrooms and the large kitchen in the main unit became our central hub as we all cooked together and talked for hours. Easy street parking. Plenty of room and comfortable surroundings. Thanks!

Great place to stay about 15 minutes from downtown and all the places we ate. A quite neighborhood noise level was low at night so you can get some rest. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook. Plenty of clean towels and laundry detergent .
