This is our third year at this property and we can’t wait until next year. Beautiful spot with everything you need plus a whole lot more. We enjoyed many meals out on the large deck. Flashlight tag on the beach was one of the kid’s favorites this year. The beach is just Amazing. Thank you for another Fantastic stay.

We have stayed at this property before and it gets better every time! Perfect location with beautiful beach. Hosts are so responsive and provided some extra games that kept us busy during a rainy Maine week.

This beach house exceed our expectations. All first level common living spaces and the 3 upper bedrooms allowed all in our party to have views of the ocean. Variety of outdoor seating from decks, to sheltered patio with Beach Rose bushes to the private beach was incredible. The level sand offered breathtaking expansive beach at low tide. Kitchen is very well equipped with all you would need for a larger group than ours. We would definitely return to this location. Communication with Olivia was excellent and we felt like guests.

Great location and view! Everything was on point! Definitely would stay again! Host answered all questions and sent all information in advance. Had a superb week with family that will always be remembered.

This is a beautiful property. All pictures are accurate. We did not have any problems, so only minimally interacted with the hosts, but they did respond to all communications very quickly. It is clear that the owners reinvest in the property and its upkeep. There is an incredible deck 3/4's of the way around the house with a state of the art railing which is super safe and allows for maximum ocean views. Speaking of ocean view, there is none better on the Maine Coast. The beach sand is nice and compact for walking, which is great. Don't worry sun worshipers, there is soft sand for lounging as well. The house is beautiful but not bougie, if you know what I mean. It feels upscale but comfortable. We loved out visit and would definitely like to go back. Thank you for letting us "borrow it" Susan

I had a wonderful stay. The place was just the respite I needed and super cozy. I already rebooked! If I could change one thing to make it even better, it would be a comfier couch that doesn’t slide around.

This location is amazing, with a beautiful beach just steps away and incredible views. The host was very responsive and great to communicate with. The house was lovely and clean. We had a very nice trip!

We spent a week at the beach in January in our second visit to this beautiful home. There are not a lot of stores or restaurants open but it is wonderful to be at the seashore at that time of year. However, winter in Maine can be tricky. We experienced a snow/ice storm which resulted in an area-wide power outage. The house has a Generac backup generator which did not turn on when the power went off. We contacted Olivia who immediately contacted an electrician and boiler repairman. We felt lucky that these very busy tradesmen were able to come over soon and remedy the problem, particularly since much of the area remained out of power for up to several days. Putting that experience behind us, we enjoyed a very peaceful stay and are grateful to Olivia for her prompt efforts to help us. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Spacious house, was comfortable with the 11 adults staying there. The kitchen and linens were well stocked. Clean. Responsive hosts. Fantastic beach front location.

This was our third family beach vacation in this wonderful beach house, and we certainly made more family memories. The surf was exciting for the first couple of days with an offshore hurricane creating huge waves – so much fun to watch. Once things settled down, the weather was beautiful, we saw a bright red moon, and we spent lots of time on the deck and beach. Speaking of the deck, it got a makeover since last year, and looks wonderful. Our most memorable meal was a huge lobster feast overlooking a beautiful ocean setting. This is the perfect house for a beach vacation. Our family (which included senior citizens and toddlers) were all so happy and comfortable all week long. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. We set ourselves up on the beach everyday, ate lunches on the huge deck and and enjoyed delicious dinners from some of the many restaurants that are just minutes away. This house is a beachy dream come true!

Having a house right on the beach was an exceptional experience from watching the sunrise over the ocean from the deck with a coffee in hand to falling asleep to the sound of the waves. The house is very well laid out for a family vacation. every bedroom has adequate privacy, but the common area can accomodate the entire group.

This home is amazing! Plenty of sleeping space, bathrooms, living and dining areas for our family of 9!! This house had everything we needed and the location is fabulous!! Fantastic, ON THE BEACH and perfect for all of our needs! We will be back every year for sure!! Property owner was always available for the few things we needed as well. When I read the 81 five-star reviews for this property I knew that it would be PERFECT for my family. My mother is 97years old and semi-mobile so the firstfloor queen bedroom and first floor walk-in shower was ideal for her. My youngest guest was 8 months old and the remaining rooms fit a pack and play with room to spare. The house actually came with a pack and play plus an infant feeding chair which was a plus (not a high chair but a chair that could be secured to the dining room chair - takes up less room than an actual high chair). The walk in shower was perfect for the first floor but then upstairs there were two tubs - a large free-standing soaking tub off the Primary Bedroom and a "regular" tub which was great for bathing the infant. The views of the beach were just gorgeous. My mother declared that she had seen the most beautiful sunrise of her life from the kitchen window, The brand new deck was fantastic. It's composite decking and all nail holes were filled in and each piece of board laid flat so the baby was able to crawl all over it worryfree. We had morning sun and by the afternoon the deck was in shade which was perfect. The deck is HUGE with 2 tables of 8 and still plenty of room for a round kiddie pool and queen sized blanket for the baby to play on. The first floor is laid out beautifully so that you have a view of the ocean no matter where you are standing. The large dining room table was perfect for puzzles, scrabble and dining. The kitchen was lovely and laid out well and the fridge was a good size. The lower level laundry was a plus. The house was spotless and there were plenty of bath towels. I've rented homes on Block Island, Outer Banks and the Hamptons and this one on Moody Beach is my favorite this far. Olivia was never more than a text away and responded VERY QUICKLY to any inquiry that I had. You will not be disappointed with this house and it's location.
