Had some hiccups upon check in but property management was very responsive. We enjoyed the house and the ability to have our adult children and dogs join us. Plenty of room for everyone and the “granny quarters” in the back provided privacy and space for our kids. The carpets should be removed due to wear and musty smell. Parking on site and minutes walk to downtown and beach was a huge plus!

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay in Pismo Beach over Christmas (Dec 24-27). We had a few issues soon after arrival, but the property management company responded appropriately.

Cute, older beach home! Plenty of space to gather with family in the living room and deck outside. This was a great location for walking to the pier and dining options. Check-in and check-out process was easy. The property manager was very helpful answering questions!

Inside of property & backyard were not cleaned to what I expected. Dirty floors, windows, animal hair on couch and floors. Pans in cupboard dirty, refigerator gross, mop & broom not fit to use. Transition from house to outside room to high, were suppose to be fans in rooms, only 2 and they were disgustingly dirty. Back yard was full of rotten oranges and trash. How size the size I expected and bed were fine.

Property is located in a great central location. We were minutes walk from the beach and restaurants as well as a short drive to a wedding venue we were attending Check in was simple and accommodating. The house was perfect for six people with a small granny unit for two of the guests. There was a welcome coffee setup and plenty of dishes and utensils for our needs There is a table and chairs in the backyard for morning breakfast as well as evening happy hour.

The home was clean, just a few stains on carpets and coach. We enjoyed the kitchen and made some good dinners, we had a nice birthday dinner for our son. My chore was washing dishes, had a good selection of utensils, but no dish washer. Check in and check out was easy, very nice service.

The property and cleanliness was fantastic. We couldn't ask for a better location. Open the front door, and a short walk takes you to the beach, shopping, entertainment and everything. We will be back again.The furniture was worn out. There was plenty of it. We had guests and there was plenty of seating and space. The back patio is beautiful but the furniture was wet the whole time. It would be nice to have directions for the tvs.

The patio with a grill and small yard was a very nice spot to hang out after a day at the beach. Everything was clean and easy and went very well. The only complaints were that the trash cans outside were overflowing when we got there and there was nowhere to put our trash. The lot next door was also under construction (we stayed June 12-15, 2014) and during weekdays, there were bulldozers and load equipment going that started at 6:30 a.m. They did take the weekend off though. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. It is a quick walk to the beach and places to eat, bars, and shops.

The noise continued throughout the five days we stayed including the holiday weekend. We were not informed prior to making our reservation but the management company apologized and gave us a discount. There were other maintenance issues that we shared with them. The place was very clean and comfortable for our family of 6 adults and one toddler. Great for our dog too. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Surfing and bike riding was fun. Want to try kayaking next time.

I was specifically looking for a place that had outdoor access for them. There was a pet application and substantial fee. We didn’t use the detached room w en-suite bathroom but Is a nice option if your traveling with another couple. I did a grocery run 1 highway exit over. And made good use of the kitchen. The kitchen had just about everything. I did not use the washer and dryer. The TVs in the living room and primary bedroom have cable no premium channels.There are just a few minor things to note. The carpet in the bedrooms appears to be old had a bit of a musty odor. The bathroom is narrow and from the window the toilet, sink and shower are visible. The window covering is completely torn which was a privacy issue. Also one set of living room blinds was broken. I informed the property management company but they were unable to resolve these 2 things during my 4 day stay. They were working on it.The house is only a few blocks from the pier. There are 2 great restaurants kitty corner to the house: Rosa’s Italian and Ada’s. There are many within walking distance.I will consider staying here in the future.

It has living room, 2 bedrooms. bath, kitchen and dining room in the main house and 1 bedroom and bath in separate back unit. Parking is tight but works, with more space on the street. We thought this was an ideal place for our one month vacation. It is older but in good condition, has a beach house feel to it, was well stocked with everything and anything else we needed was easily available.
