It suited our needs very well. Close to everything. Enjoyed walking to beach, shopping, restaurants. I was concerned with no ac, but not needed. Pismo is nice place and this was a great place to stay.

Amazing location and rental. Definitely recommend! Only downside was the loud garbage trucks, traffic and nearby construction in the very early morning.

It was me and my girlfriend's first trip to Pismo Beach, CA. Great location! Right up the street from the main strip, and super close to restaurants and fun things! The space was very cozy and a great 2 Br 2 Ba for 2 couples.

The condo is in a great location. The unit was clean. Some of the furniture and fixtures needed to be repaired. The property management company was easy to communicate with.

Overall, a great stay. Only 2 issues that could have been better. 1) Swivel chair was broken and not very comfortable. 2) We rented movies but found the DVD player inoperable. No connecting cable to tv. Had to “borrow” one from one of the bedroom DVD players.

7/30/18 CBV condo 307 very nice with excellent view. A couple of items need attention: Guest bathroom fan needs replacing; MB toilet not working properly; Guest bathsink cold water faucet leaking. I’m sure Coastal Vacations and owner will be fixing these issues. Very nice place to stay. It is a non smoking building and quiet. It is not a “party” place which is appreciated.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Checking in/key pickup was a breeze. The location is perfect, walking distance from beach, food and shopping. Dedicated and secured parking is appreciated, as street parking can be hard to find. The condo was clean and we loved the view from the balcony. Great trip, we'll be back!

We had a great time! Casa Bella 307 was cute and fit our family of 5 comfortably. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing that would have made it better is if it had things like beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrella to use while at the beach. Otherwise, it was within walking distance of restaurants, shops and a beautiful beach!
