Same name given for Fairfield so caused confusion so had to go to other Fairfield property and then return here for check in

Clean and new construction

Sometimes front desk did not answer requests

It was new modern and clean, enjoyed the comp water and chocolate chip cookies. The staff was pleasant.

The room was freezing and we couldn’t turn the fan off. Had to call front desk because toilet won’t flush, the gentleman that came to fix it late at night was very friendly and fixed it fast.

The property was very clean

That it was quiet and peaceful and we had a lovely view of the lake which meant we could see wildlife.

The AC was extremely loud and rattled which made sleep quality poor! The shelf in the shower was broken and hanging off.

Front desk clerk tried to charge more for room. Would not cancel. Contact booking representative advised would not be charge cancelation fee. I was charged cancelation fee and advised 30 days refund . I called again advised 10 to 15 days refund. I was unable to find reservation until 3am in Friday morning...this was not acceptable from either corporation

I got charged for a Let to my room but will be getting it refunded

The cleaning lady knocked door at 9 AM. should not be knocking door so early when check out time is at 11 AM. Wait until we check out.
