Beautiful brand new hotel. Huge rooms, great breakfast ( the lady making omelettes was lovely) nice pool. Spotless
Front desk staff were not very welcoming. Perhaps due to our lack of Spanish but we did try. They never really warmed up despite being there 3 nights. Smell in bathroom first night but likely not their fault. It went away

Gorgeous details, really eye-catching hotel. I like the boutique feel of it. Friendly and helpful staff, gorgeous suites and one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in.
The rooftop bar isn't operational at the moment, they only serve breakfast (which was good by the way). Also the plumbing was acting up, but otherwise everything was great

Location! it was close to very nice restaurants, bars and cofee shops. Great alternative to Tajibos, which is overpriced.

excellent location. staff was friendly and room clean. we loved having breakfast on the roof top area. Ashley made the best omelettes always smiling and making us feel welcome. we will definitely go back!
They need to install towel hangers in the bathrooms.

The hotel is located in Barrio Equipetrol, a very lively upscale neighbourhood, at walking distance there are many bars and restaurants. It is also a very safe neighbourhood to walk around, even at night. The hotel is modern, rooms are spacious and well-equipped. There is also a rooftop pool with a nice view.

The personnel was really nice and friendly.

It was across the venue of the event I was attending.
The Internet connection was poor, couldn't work while in the room. Main disappointment.
The restaurant was being remodeled so breakfast was brought to the room. Even though it was delicious, there was no choice for breakfast. You needed to tell the night before at what time you wanted the breakfast brought to the room, which in general is ok, but reduced the flexibility on changes of plans. This is a temporary thing, until the restaurant is remodeled.
