This place is meticulously kept and run by Thomas, the owner. All details are very well thought of. Thomas is easy to reach. It was a very cosy and peaceful stay for us.

Thomas is a great, very welcoming, host.
Fully-equipped kitchen, heater, terrace, wifi, parking spot... all very practical and convenient. Throne in the shower makes you feel like a king/queen! ;)

Very well equipped and laid out apartment. The best aspect though is the host, Thomas, who has excellent information available on Montpellier and advice on getting around. He kindly booked me a taxi out to the TGV station which was a task beyond my nonexistent French and followed up to make the driver arrived.

Cozy place with everything you need. Thomas the host is extraordinally friendly. Took us around 20 Minutes to walk to the center. Calm and safe neighbourhood, with a parking lot right in front of the studio.

Thomas is a very welcoming and helpful host. He gave us a little tour in the apartament and recommended local events. The studio was very well equiped and nicely arranged. In the front and in the back there were little cosy patios. The bed was very comfy. We do definitely recommend it.

We can’t praise the host Thomas enough, from the moment we booked through to leaving the property after 2 very comfortable nights.
QR codes for local businesses and attractions, tram stop was a short walk only, only 4 stops to centre.
everything you need was available and free parking immediately outside the door.
