We were amazed at how organized everything was in the house. The thoughtfulness was remarkable, including all of the little gifts and amenities. The house was roomy and amazingly close to the beach for a non-beach front house.
The property is a little dated but that did not affect my family's enjoyment of the stay in the least. The cable system was a bit complicated but very expansive.

They went above and beyond what I was expecting. I walked in and everything you could possibly need to use for a beach vacation was readily available. Along with some surprising extra touches.

The house was clean, well stocked with most everything except clothes and food. Host has home setup to be very inviting. This was the best stocked house I've ever rented. Easy access to the beach and a couple of good views of the ocean.
Booking company did not have option to select if you were going to be bringing a pet. You found out in an email after you booked it you had to inform them and what the fee is.
