Great location. Close to boat ramp, bait and convenience stores. Plenty of beds and couches to sleep the whole family. House was clean.

Was warned by owner that the neighbors don’t like when renters are there. We didn’t have any problems with the neighbor, but we tried to be quiet and respectful. There was no trash bag in the kitchen trash can, and the supply closet was locked up with a deadbolt. A few dead bugs in the house, never saw any live ones, though.

Beautiful, spacious home! Appears to have been recently renovated. Very clean. Easy walk out to the water and dock. Ladder on dock for swimming. Place to tie your boat up on the dock. King bed, Queen bed, 2 twin beds. 2 couches, another wraparound couch. Well stocked with movies, games, toys. Great home for a family vacation.

The property manager had a family emergency the day of our arrival, so the home had not been cleaned yet. We understand that situation was out of her control. Despite not be cleaned, the property still appeared to be very clean. She arrived within a few minutes of our arrival and cleaned it quickly and thoroughly. She also extended our checkout time as an apology. We were very happy with how it was handled.
