Cette élégante maison dispose de 5 chambres, 3 1/2 salles de bains et peut accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes. Il présente des plafonds de 9 pieds de haut, un plan d'étage ouvert, un ascenseur avec double entrée sur 3 étages, du parquet, des bains en marbre et deux foyers au gaz situés dans la chambre principale et le salon. La cuisine gastronomique comprend de magnifiques comptoirs en granit, une gamme viking, des fours à double paroi et un grand îlot avec 4 tabourets de bar. La chambre principale est au dernier étage avec un lit king size, des portes coulissantes sur le pont et une salle de bain privée avec baignoire jacuzzi, douche séparée et double vasque. La suite junior dispose d'un lit queen-size, d'une porte coulissante sur le pont et d'une salle de bains privative. La troisième chambre est meublée d'un lit double et d'un lit gigogne double. Cette chambre dispose également d'un accès par porte coulissante sur le pont. La quatrième chambre est meublée d'un lit double et d'un lit gigogne double. La cinquième chambre est meublée d'une causeuse et de lits superposés. Le lit superposé est un jumeau en haut et plein en bas. Le lit superposé a également un lit gigogne de taille normale en dessous.
Notre maison dispose d'un total de 3 ponts (y compris une grande terrasse sur le toit avec une vue magnifique sur la baie et le phare), une toute nouvelle cloison et quai, ainsi qu'une nouvelle douche extérieure. Vous aurez accès à 2 kayaks, 8 chaises de plage et 8 balises de plage. Le garage est équipé d'une table de ping-pong et d'un réfrigérateur.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it was once again AMAZING. House is gorgeous - both indoor and the outdoor space. Hight Bar Harbor is a special place on LBI and this house showcases that. We have stayed in LBI for 20 years and this is by far the best property we stayed at. Recommend with no reservations. As a after the fact, we left items at the house after we left and the host readily agreed to ship them to us. A perfect stay start to finish with lots of memories made..

We had 11 people in our group from ages 9 to 68, and there was plenty to do for everyone. There’s so much to do here that it was hard to get everyone to leave the house and go to the beautiful beach! The house is gorgeous, the lagoon is fun to kayak and swim in, and the garage game room entertained the younger group. We loved every minute here and plan on returning next summer. This is our 7th summer vacationing on LBI and this house was the best!

We had a very nice time at this location. We especially enjoyed the available activities - roof top corn hole and kayaks. The house was very comfortable and had a wonderful kitchen. The amenities in the house were fantastic AC was not as cool in the living room/kitchen as it was in the rest of the house. As far as cleanliness, hardwood floors were swept but need a cleaning.. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood.

Pros - well equipped kitchen with many essential cooking accessories and spices!! Extremely comfortable beds, chairs and tags provided, and furniture with no beach/rental/sandy odors!
Cons - steep narrow ramp unable for us to carry kayaks/canoes to dock. Elevator did not stop on 2nd floor to accommodate a quest with stair limitations.

Our 2-week stay in High Bar Harbor was fantastic! The house and bedrooms suited our needs, and the kitchen was well-appointed for us to celebrate my mom’s 90th birthday with family. The house was very clean, and the location is very convenient. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful! Especially from the upper deck.
We rented linens and towels, as we live across the country. That was very easy to do through the company that Marita and Neill recommended. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home on the lagoon.

Family Celebration
Our 2-week stay in High Bar Harbor was fantastic! The house and bedrooms suited our needs, and the kitchen was well-appointed for us to celebrate my mom’s 90th birthday with family. The house was very clean, and the location is very convenient. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful! Especially from the upper deck.
We rented linens and towels, as we live across the country. That was very easy to do through the company that Marita and Neill recommended. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home on the lagoon.

Overall we were very pleased with this property. The owners were very quick to answer any and all questions I had. The elevator was a huge convenience to me with somewhat limited mobility (no way could I have climbed the stairs multiple times a day) and I was grateful that it worked fine. The rooms were all bright and airy with much sunlight. The appliances in the kitchen all worked well. Be aware that there is a Keurig coffee maker so make sure to bring appropriate pods. The kitchen was well equipped with ample dishes and items for cooking/baking needs. Bedrooms were extremely comfortable and will easily accommodate a large group (we had 7, but could easily have had 4-5 additional). The lagoon gives easy access for fishing and/or kayaking, both of which members of our group enjoyed.
The only "glitch" we experienced was that toward the end of our visit there was a problem with the A/C on the 3rd floor (living level) and it got extremely hot. I contacted the owners who were very quick to respond and a repair company was sent out the same day, but the problem could not be resolved until the next day. My only suggestions are: (1) perhaps additional deck furniture might be added to the deck on the 3rd floor - there are two chairs there (which is where we congregated every evening), although the roof deck had some additional furniture, as did the outdoor patio on the ground floor; (2) the cleaning crew did a fair job of cleaning the property before our arrival, but we did find a few areas that did not appear to be cleaned well (sand under a couple of the beds and a half-peeled dried-up orange behind a chair). This, of course, is NOT the fault of the owners, but should be brought to the attention of the cleaners. We would definitely stay there on a future visit.

We loved our 4 weeks here. This house is perfectly located near Viking Village, an old fishing village, complete with a fresh seafood market and produce stand. Cute shops and coffee place too! All walking distance. Great dog beach closeby as well!
The kitchen was a chef’s dream and the beds were very comfortable! Ping pong table and TV in the garage, a great place to hang out in, especially for teens.
Excellent response from owner if we had any questions or concerns.

The house is very nicely located at the north of LBI. It’s roomy and comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets at the rooftop. Fishing from the dock was also great for my kids.
Definitely worth a repeat next year!
