By far one of the most pleasant stay ive ever had in Penang. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, we had a balcony with seaview. The air conditioner was also functioning so well. Not a lot of kids were there hence it’s very suitable for honeymoon. The facilities and amenities are great as well. The breakfast was various & delicious as well.
The staff there were great, polite, friendly and helpful as well, especially Anis, which she checked me into the room. Her personality was very pleasant, very helpful in terms of helping us finding good places to eat. They were also very considerate by catering to my last minute request to put up a honeymoon decoration, even though it was last minute, but they managed to attend to my request. Thank you so much that.

The location was perfect especially the beach which is away from the more busy and crowded beach full with resorts, e.g. ParkRoyal and Rasa Sayang. I liked the "zen" vibe of the resort and the surrounding.
If it wasn't of my bad experience with the dinning staff during breakfast, I would have rated Angsana 10/10. When I was approaching the noodle soup section, they ran out of chicken soup and was told it will take 5 minutes for the wait but 20 minutes later still no sign of the soup. I asked again and was told I had to wait for another 10 minutes. At that moment, I have lost my patience and walked away. I ended up complaining to the dinning room manager and he was very pleasant and tried to make it right to us.

The resort was amazing, spacious and clean rooms, beautiful views with balconies, facilities all great and very attentive staff! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
There was a loud buzzing noise from the bathroom which kept us up at night. Also breakfast choices and setup could have been more spacious and easier to manage as it becomes very crowded and the empty stations were not re-filled

I loved everything about the hotel. Their breakfast was so delicious. The view from our room was impeccable. The pool area is absolutely beautiful. The beach is so easily accessible, and there are so many nice and affordable beach activities to do. They also have a shuttle that goes to Georgetown every day. I loved everything about this hotel

The large rooms, the facilities and the view. Plus friendly and helpful staff especially for a first timer at the hotel. The food choice for the buffet breakfast is also adequate.
The wall paint inside the room and along the corridors are too dark. The shower door does not close well causing the water to pool at the bathroom floor which is dangerous. The hot tub is worn out (the digital text is eligible and the headrest are loose). No clear direction from one block to another I.e. are you allowed to walk through Jamboree to reach the dining area? And the QR code for “what to do at the hotel” does not work. And the parking can be better lit.

Sehr freundliches Personal, tolles sauberes Zimmer, direkte Strandlage, an dem sehr ruhigen Strand, tolles Frühstück. Die Lage ist Abseits vom Trubel in Batu Ferringhi und George Town.
Die Aircondition im Zimmer ist etwas laut.

The variety of breakfasts is quite a lot and good. Just the fruit juice put so in until my friend and I find it for like 5-10 rounds.
The bed sheet is not clean and is dirty. But my friend doesn't care too much about this so she used that bed.

The place was amazing, right by the beach. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the food was good.

The seaview and the closeness to the beach. The fast check in and check out. Provided 6 cans of drinks in the mini bar. Nice swimming pool.
No coffee or tea provided in the room. Doesn't replenish amenities during housekeeping as they only do turn down express service. Got to request for extra towels and toilet papers.

Balcony light - unable to control the light located at the balcony wall. There is no switch to control the balcony light, it was too bright.

The reception/lobby and room are in separate building and you need to walk over to other end to take the lift to get to your room. Slight concern on the security overall.

The front reception staff was very welcoming and engaging. The check-in process was easy and smoothly. I love the ambiance of the room, the deco was beautiful and the smell of the was invigorating. The room was very immaculate and clean. I love the turn down services l, the staff will top up the water, make your bed and lit up the candles for the aromatherapy oil. I do feel transported to a zen place. The breakfast spead was plenty and delicious. I aslo tried dinners at Jendela restaurant on both night and I was not disappointed and the prices was justified. Strolling along the beach was very therapeutic and healing for me and i do plan to pay another visit next year.
The aromatherapy oil was out of stock. I do wanted to bring it home. The smell was very invigorating and intoxicating. Keep me posted if the aromatherapy oil in stock.

firstly, the hotel is very new, the entrance design is very comforting and gives a resort feeling. check in was a breeze, easy and staff are all very friendly and efficient. room needless to say.... very very clean and nice. sea view, pool view indeed. short drive to escape theme park. will come again if there's a chance
