Love the location, we have stayed at the Arya many times in other units. This unit has a great view and the room set up is nice. We stay for two weeks at a time because my husband is seeking medical treatment nearby. So we use the unit like a home. I don't like the fact that consumables such as paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing soap etc. don't come fully available for my entire stay. Also the kitchen is very poorly equipped. Basics like decent pans and bowls are not included. Even the silverware is cheap and only has 4 place settings. If you are staying for a couple of days and not planning on cooking this is a perfect place for you.

Immaculately clean condo with well appointed kitchen. Fabulous views in two directions because it is a corner unit with wraparound balcony overlooking Biscayne Bay and Peacock Park, where there was always something happening. Most balconies in the hotel give only one view. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, as was the property manager, though sometimes there was a slight delay in responding. I had thought there was a washer/dryer in the unit, but manager gave me a key to the residents laundry area, so no biggie. Furniture is typical "rental" quality, but everything needed is there. I would recommend more table/floor lamps, but I like a lot of light in the evening. The king-sized bed/mattress was very comfortable. Free parking in the hotel deck is a big plus, because parking in the Grove is hard to find. The Hotel Arya is located 1 block from the water and hardscape trails in one direction, and 1 or 2 blocks from at least a dozen restaurants--sushi, vegan, pizza, French, Latin American, Lebanese, Greek, I could go on, but you get the idea. A lovely place to stay.

Very pleased! Great location and the condo is exactly as advertised. Would highly recommend it for a couples' getaway in Coconut Grove.

location tops everything here. Our unit was older and hadn't really been updated but was spacious and comfortable.

We booked the Arya private condos for a month because we love the Grove. On check in received a smaller room and wasted an entire day waiting for Mgmt co to fix it. Day 2 arrived in correct unit and after housekeeping left the unit was still filthy: dirty dishes, floors and bathrooms plus strong musty/mildew smell. Had to call numerous times to get toilet, tub and AC fixed. Then learned restaurant, bar and pool service were under renovations. Final straw was the water was turned off for an afternoon without a warning. Do NOT stay at Arya with SoFla management co. Also know the hotel has really gone down hill - used to be a Sonesta and now a bad Best Western with some private condos. Overall not worth the price.
