Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For our January 2024 vacation, this third-floor condo provided a great ocean view, perfect for watching sunsets and dolphins at play. It's about two blocks away from an easy spot to enter the beach for a relaxing walk. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking ware and the beds were comfortable. Neighborhood restaurants are nearby. We found it to be a wonderful place to relax and rest.

This location is ideal for couples and families...walking distance to the cove, 5 min drive to Del Mar walking distance to great Italian dinners, breakfast, bars...etc. Sits up on a bluff overlooking the ocean, with underground parking, etc

The Barbeque was out of propane but the staff had a refill at their office. It is time to replace the Barbecue. It is very old and rusted out. The only other problem we encountered was the TV service. The tv's are in good working order but the service provider should be changed. Throughout the stay the TV would just stop in the middle of a program and state there was a problem. It would be off for 5 minutes or so then would just restart. Just annoying. Other than that, the place is first class and we would return!

Beautiful condo in a very private section of the property. Short walk to the beach, wonderfully equipped. Truly enjoyable stay. WI-FI is really "spotty", however.

There is no better review than simply stating, “when we come back to Solange Beach we will be trying to get into the same exact place.” It was clean, quiet, and the views of the ocean were phenomenal. Each morning my kids got to eat on the balcony and watch the dolphins play in the water. The access to the beach was super easy to get to and in a few minutes we were surfing. The kitchen was fully stocked with great equipment (pots, pans, knives, etc.) so we could cook most of our meals after spending the day on the beach. The property managers were also extremely great to work with.

This condo is absolutely gorgeous! The decor is very calming and it feels like you are home the minute you walk in. It was well stocked with all the kitchen-ware you could need! The bedrooms had plenty of linens and spare towels (no need to bring beach towels!) and the washer/dryer were great to have on hand. The complex is very quiet and we didn't meet many others during our stay, but did enjoy waving back to a tenant across the way while we were on the patio. So, people are very friendly here. The view could not be beat! We saw dolphins swimming by each day of our stay and enjoyed watching surfers, paddle boarders, swimmers, and the occasional fishing boat as well. This condo is on the third level with an elevator near the two assigned parking spaces and was just a few steps from the front door. The parking area was not as claustrophobic as many can be and was quite open, safe, and well lit. The location is great; the beach access is a short walk (~10-15 minutes) and many restaurants and shopping areas are within walking distance. The weather was unusually warm during our stay, but the AC was perfect! We chose this unit based on the fact that it has AC, just in case we needed it. The spa was not open, due to COVID rules, but we did check out the pool area and it looked nice with great views. We had to use the late check-in option due to unexpected delays in our arrival and the process for getting the keys was very simple. Just know that this unit's parking area is not accessed via the Linda Mar drive; it is the next driveway to the north on Sierra Ave. The only trouble we had during the check-in was actually finding the unit's parking space when we were bleary-eyed from our long drive. The parking areas may be connected, but we couldn't figure it out and used the gated access off Sierra Ave. instead. The personnel in the office were very helpful and provided boogie boards to use during our stay and had other amenities to offer, be sure to ask if you have questions! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again!
