Die Lage ist perfekt. Nahe bei Metro, Bus, Strand und Lidl
Wlan war schlecht bis gar nicht vorhanden. TV funktionierte nicht. 2. Schlüssel ging nicht und Klimaanlage tropfte. Gang und Zimmerboden waren tropfnass..Mussten zuerst aufwischen.

La ubicación
La limpieza. Al legar había colillas en un cenicero sin vaciar en una de las terrazas, suponemos que del huésped anterior . Abundantes telarañas y muchísima suciedad debajo del sofá
La televisión no funcionaba. Lo comunicamos y nos contestaron que si eso era lo más importante de nuestra estancia. No se arregló

Great location. Near beach, supermarkets and metro. Great facilities. Heaters and jacuzzi were great with cold weather. Wish I had more time here.
Some no essentials were in need of repair (did not bother wife and kids-so no issues)
Flat on 4th floor-if you are with bags and not fit stairs are a problem (in fairness pre booking this info was available)
No staff or owner were seen and we had to get entry instructions to get in. We did not have internet connections so we had some very anxious moments. The owner of Pepperoni Pizzeria next door came to the rescue. He noticed us and offered us his wifi password. We then could login to booking. Com messages and get the entry instructions.

The apartment is spaceous with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a very nice living room, a fully equipped kitchen and lovely balconies. The neighbourhood is nice and safe, close to the beach, shops, grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants. 3 airconditioners keep the place cool or warm! The host was always responsive and very helpful. We got a nice cot (5€ per day) and high chair (free) for the baby. We had a great time and highly recommend this place.
A coffee machine was the only thing we missed
