Location was great! Loved the birdhouse and watching the birds!

Grass was a tiny bit high but it has been raining a lot lately!

Located just two short blocks from the beach, this property was in the perfect location. There are two breakfast places in easy, walking distance, one directly cross the street. The antique shops are all within one block, yet you are far enough away from the big action to not be disturbed at night.

Loved the location. Could walk to restaurants, shopping, beach.. The studio is well laid out and quite comfortable for a small space. not luxury but comfort.

Wouldn't want to stay for an extended stay but great for a few days vaca.

Host was very welcoming and attentive. Great location for food and shopping.

Very very clean, quiet Perfect location

I traveled here due to sad life circumstances and to say goodbye to my father.. This place was a sanctuary from my storm. It was cozy, clean, comfortable and peaceful. The area is also beautiful. I enjoyed both little cafes near by and PJs coffee. The bay area was a nice break.. Thanks for the little things like coffee!! I'm looking forward to visiting for fun in future.

Location. Easy walk to anywhere. Ceiling fan and air a plus. Just right for 2.

Parking a truck was a bit of a hassle.
