You felt like you were at home. It was very roomy and inviting.

The property is at a perfect location. The place is exactly like the photos. It is a complete relaxing environment. The decor is beautiful and rustic. The house kitchen is completely stocked with household items. There are lots of room to sleep at least 13 people. The beds are very comfortable. The creek, fit pit and front porch is added bonus. The inside outdoor lighting is excellent. Not to forget get the cold temperatures.

It is not handicapped accessible. My elderly father had much difficulty walking in and out of the entry way. And the stairs would be to steep for older folks and children. There is a $200 cleaning fee. And $15 charge of you have more than 2 bags of trash. I have never seen this charge added to any stay on booking. The check out if 1100. But the properties people came at 0930. Which was not a problem since I was leaving, but it would of been a major issue otherwise. It would be a good idea to post the land or place a no trust passing sign at the road since locals do stop by to chat as well. PS if the GPS takes you down a grave road. It is the wrong way. The house is located off HWY 163.

The Hot Tub could have been a little cleaner. There was no firewood for the firepit.

The feel of the house was very warm & cozy feeling. Loved the space of the house.

Wish the hot tube was clean and ready for us.
