Location and proximity to where I needed to be. Quiet area, clean apartment.

Noise of laundry machine used outside the door by neighbor.

great stay, loved proximity to beach and the town

super close to the beach, nice amenities, good basic kitchen supplies, lots of bedding and towels for the beach

would be great if it had access to a pool. living areas were much warmer than bedroom.

Exceptional

The location was perfect for us so that we could visit with family, but then walk to the beach when we had down time. The temperature inside the apartment was wonderful for relaxing in after being out in the heat and humidity. The apartment had everything we needed for making meals and cleaning up. Also, CLEAN!! It was so clean and we didn't have to worry about bugs like we have before at hotels in Venice.

Good location,all appliances (not new but all necessary).

Location/house-price,all_is_optimal.

How_do_trash_containers_smell._Since_we_didn't_plan_barbeque,_it_was_not_a_problem.But it smelled on balcony too.
