the property was very clean and comfortable

The house was lovely, very clean and spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend stay

It was easy to find and off street parking was right by the side door. The location is good if you are touring around. The decor was crisp and modern, but does need a little attention. No problem for us but it would be shame to let it slide.
The back garden area was weedy and there was quite a bit of litter (which I cleared) I really didn't likt pile of cigarette ends bt the patio doors.

Self catering, nice location in ashington but ashington town not the best
Better information on where to eat out, once we worked out there was nowhere really nice in ashington and that going to morpeth was the nearest place for good food we had eaten in a couple of not so good places.
Cutlery was not the nicest, leak above kitchen sink and mouldy shower curtain

Oven and microwave both dirty.
Had to request loo paper and toiletries as described on the website.
No instructions for use of microwave and oven. No oven gloves.
Heavily stained paintwork above window in kitchen with flakes falling down.
The door of the smaller bedroom could not be closed as it was catching on the carpet.
Very sharp tacks on carpet grippers of stairs which cut into my toes.
Unable to use washing line because of the overhanging branches of the tree.

Clean; We'll thought out provisions; toys dog bowls; kitchen condiments and facilities. Perfect
secure back garden off a quiet road. Lovely location not more than 0.5 miles from lake; forest or river. And only 3 miles from either child or dog friendly Beaches. Amazing chippy on door step.

Ideal location for ourselves as it was close to friends that we were visiting. Central and only few minutes walk to a great park.
There was a couple of issues but a phone call to landlord and it was resolved.

Small semi-detached house with small and nice backyard. good located - a lot of beautiful places in the area.
should be renovated - carpets, pillows in the living area, kitchen….
and smell… but i’m almost sure that renovation can help to solve this problem too.

The house was clean with modern styled good condition rooms. We liked the complimentary tea/coffee/milk, the ready made beds and the towels. We arrived late in the evening and thanks to the key lock box it was very quick and easy to access the property.

The house was clean and had everything we needed. The park and skatepark close by were a lovely discovery for our young boys. The house also had a few games and books for use which was a nice touch. Would recommend.

A lovely clean house. Perfect for exploring. Supermarket nearby. Lovely beaches. Ideal house with everything there for a comfortable weeks stay. Tv great, beds so comfortable. Lovely towels and bedding provided. Dogs loved it. Fabulous shower and bath. Super washing machine to use. Fantastic value for money.
Needs patio furniture as mentioned in other reviews!!! Great sun trap at the back but no garden furniture available. Description confusing on booking.com
The house is sole use. It’s not an apartment and the kitchen is not shared. This was very confusing when booking.

The cleanliness of the house was very poor and it's generally scruffy. Dirty kitchen work surfaces, smelly fridge, carpets covered in debris, used grill pan covered in bacon fat, plaster dust in bathroom. In fairness the manager came to vacuum at our request and was really friendly, but this only scratched the surface. They blamed some building work, but in truth it hasnt been deep cleaned for months.

Was comfortable and clean, facilities were clean and quite new, staff were very helpful and friendly.
