This is a nice house in a beautiful neighborhood. We had an amazing vacation. There are a couple things I will say the pool wasn’t heated when we checked in, so that took a whole day away from the kids swimming until it was heated the next morning. This a 4 bedroom not 5, but still worked out for us. They didn’t have a blender we had to go out and buy one but other than that it was a great stay . Will stay again in the future.

This is our second time staying in this home. We love the pool area just steps from the kitchen. It's great to be able to keep an eye on the kids while preparing meals. The bonus bunk room area is also great for the kids. It has two single beds with trundle beds underneath each to sleep 4. There is also a huge L shaped couch up there. Plenty of space. The mattresses are very comfortable (some of the pillows are not). There are tons of towels. We had some minor maintenance needed (microwave breaker needed to be reset, stove knobs were stripped, air conditioner thermostat was locked) -- ALL were addressed immediately. Rentals are never perfect and often the managers don't know unless you say something. They were very prompt to respond to everything. We highly recommend this house for multiple families/friends!

Overall Jennifer's house was awesome. Had some issue in the beginning with the pool being dirty but she fixed that in no time!

The only downfall to this listing is that is not truly a 5 bedroom home. We booked it with the notion it was 5 real bedrooms; however, were quite surprised to find it 4 real bedrooms with a second living room having some small beds. I would classify this home as a 4 bedroom house with an extra room for sleeping. Other than that it was great.

The house was great! Large kitchen, bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. The bonus bunk room area was perfect for the kids. The pool area was wonderful. The owners were very nice and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend this property!

I can’t say enough about the wonderful time we had with our family at this ideal desert vacation home. The layout of the home, the stunning swimming pool and jacuzzi and the gorgeous, central kitchen provided the perfect place for us to share meals, play games, and enjoy downtime with our four grown children and their significant others. Being on the golf course allows for an openness and privacy in the backyard that you can’t get with other properties. It feels very secluded and private on all sides. The beds are so comfortable everyone of us was in heaven! Lots of great towels and high-quality linens gave it the extra touch. This house is in most beautiful neighborhood and Havasu yet is so close to everything we wanted to do. We spent a few days on the water with a pontoon, tritoon, and Jetskis for lots of water fun. The rest of the days we stayed at the house enjoying the pool, reading, cooking—you name it, and had a blast for a full 10 days. Our hosts were wonderful—responsive and helpful before and during our trip. We will be back.

Will definitely return to this house. Pool area is awesome. Owners were awesome to work with.
