The male staff member when we arrived was condescending and difficult.
We arrived early and used the wrong word for the Raddison suit booking he also asked to see our pre paid booking on booking.com?
When I enquired if we could sit in the lounge, his response was not until we have checked in.
We had communication with Raddison and had agreed if possible we would pay the extra to check in early.I fully understand early check ins are on availability.
We sat in the foyer for 5 hours patiently waiting.
When we approached the counter at 3.00pm the lady was lovely and genuinely surprised we had been sitting in the foyer that long.She asked if we had let anyone know. The male staff member was still there, he completely ignored us.
Yes she could see our pre paid suit booking without us having to show it.
The lounge area for pre dinner drinks wasn’t set up until 6.30 not 6.00 and our dinner booking was 6.30 so we also couldn’t utilise this.

Bus service to and from the airport was very good.
Loved the restaurant and bar areas.

Beds and bedding were great. The bathroom was really nice. The style of the room was good, and it felt spacious. Nice and quiet. Location close to Heathrow was fantastic. Staff were attentive. Would definitely stay here again.
TV options were just OK. Mini bar food options would have been appreciated. I don't think I saw any staff smile, so it felt a little unfriendly, but their service was very good.

Limited food. I asked for late checkout when booking as per the write up and eventually they didn’t provide it - disappointing. Not enough staff on checkin.

The room was dirty (floors in the room were sticky, desk was sticky), the public areas were dirty, dishes in the hall, sheets on the floor. Carts from staff in the way instead of being up against the wall.

Very close to Heathrow airport
We had many problems - Clogged drain in shower, problems with tv, light flickering in hallway, room too warm with no results when lowering temp on A/C and old rotary phone with no instructions on getting in touch with front desk.

We spent two weeks in England with our final night at Rad Red so we could get to Heathrow for an early morning flight. It's a great place to stay and the highlight was the included breakfast It was without a doubt the best breakfast in our entire two week trip.
Evening meal was a bit expensive.

Well we paid for Airport View Premium Family room but got given room on 3rd floor with trees obscuring the view the reception Piropa helped us massive moved us to 5th floor with much better view! So the staff and their friendliess and cooperation
2nd morning cleaning staff tried to enter the room at 9am! Family all were still in bed she did apologise

Disabled parking . We arrived to a fully packed carpark . No disabled parking bays available as there was an event on and all these were taken by non blue badge holders might I add. We finally found a bay at the very back of the hotel but this was next to a steep slope. Honestly if you opened the door you would fall down it. My son has cerebral palsy and is Autistic. We could not leave him alone in a strange environment in reception so we grabbed the space and walked in the rain a good 10 mins to reception with our luggage and bags . I was not happy and asked why the disabled bays were so bad . I was told they had twelve at the front . Yes but none were actually being used by disabled people. I told your reception that they need to address the arrival of disabled people. What if you were a disabled wheelchair user/driver. The event being held meant they were too busy to attend to parking. The event vans had parked along and on the paths . Honestly this completely ruined my impression of this hotel and what should have been a treat turned into a really stressful arrival . They gave us our parking for free but they really need to rethink about disabled friendliness. Disappointed .

The rooms were a bit cold, not a big fan of non-carpeted floors in a hotel room.

Located so close to T3 Heathrow
Couldn’t get through to reception on phone to find out about transfer times (hotel + 3rd party website unclear). Empty box with no shower cap. Heating would not stay on - kept auto-reducing temperature and increasing fan speed to cool (it was -4 degrees and we were freezing all night).

All staff were amazing and so helpful except one lady at the front desk who seemed to be inconvenienced when I asked about the shuttle bus to the airport :(

Poor management I got charged twice from my bill from using restaurant, bar and parking facilities, management could not make the refund and asked me to contact by email finance team, they said to contact me within an hour which they didn’t and I still do not have my money back, very disappointed

There was a bottle of half drunk water left in my room from the previous guests.
We had food in the restaurant which we had to send back as it was cold.
Took the children to the pool and it was freezing, also the showers was freezing. Was told by a guest that it had been broken since before Christmas
My son left his iPad on the bed after we had departed, we realised about 20 mins after we checked out so went back to the hotel to be told by a member of staff they hope the chambermaids hadn’t already gone into the room as we won’t as it again. Fortunately for us they hadn’t and we got the iPad back

The Radisson Red makes an immediate impact on guests in the swish lobby complete with bright red Mini. The furnishings of this space are picked out with care and give the space a luxurious and sophisticated feel.
Staff are unfailingly courteous and friendly. Both check in and check out were completed in the blink of an eye.
The room was spacious with a very hip vibe. A huge bed which was one of the most comfortable I had slept in.
Down in the lobby bar, there is a good range of drinks on sale, comfy and cool seating.
The breakfast was good. A wide variety of food (although leaning towards western tastes). The member of staff greeting guests there was really charming and made you feel special.
All in all, a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is on the bus loop to the airport so getting there and back is very easy.
If I'm being picky, the sausages were a bit tough. Breakfast could have more Asian/ Chinese options.

Having to queue to check in and also the receptionist was hard to understand and not very friendly. Didn't give me any detail about breakfast so had to ring reception early in the morning. I needed to leave at 6.

Location close to Heathrow T3
Price of food and drink. Problem with a/c in the room. Could not control heat/cold or fan speed. Phoned reception - no answer. Had to get out of bed get dressed and go to receptionist to report. They said would send someone. 30 minutes later nothing. Called reception they said 15/20 mins someone would be there. 30 mins later called them no answer so visited reception again. Had to change room which meant waking my wife and packing late at night when we had an early start. Not a good experience

The hotel was chosen for proximity to Heathrow for an early morning flight. On arrival, it was a zoo, everyone who was flying anywhere was trying to check in. There were too few staff to cope. Our room was good.
Crowd and traffic control was missing... The real hassle occurred the following morning, Four tour busses blocked the forecourt so that the airport shuttle was gridlocked and there were no staff to sort it our. I went in and asked for someone to come out and get things moving and eventually, someone did that, yet slowly, so the airport bus was 20 mins late picking up passengers, many of who could now not get on the bus, and traffic was still gridlocked. Not a happy morning.
