Desayuno completo y saludable: variedad de frutas, cereales, yogur natural, dulces y pan casero, entre otras cosas. Destaco el jugo de naranja exprimido natural.
La ubicación es muy buena, además de ser un barrio con mucho verde, muy pintoresco y sobre todo tranquilo.
El personal es muy amable y están siempre atentos a lo que necesitan los huéspedes. Por último, la limpieza y el mantenimiento de la Casona es excepcional!
Lo único que nos resultó un poco incómodo fue que para el ingreso dependíamos de que nos abran la puerta o el portón. De todas formas en general eran rápidos para abrir y entiendo que es una cuestión de seguridad.

Casona habilitada como posada, preciosos espacios, muy cómodos, con rincones para disfrutar y descansar tanto en el exterior como interior. Piscina muy agradable. Desayuno en los jardines, muy completo . Realmente un agrado disfrutar una estadía allí . Restaurantes, gasolinera y supermercado en las cercanías , plaza con bastante actividad , sobre todo de noche . Viaje a Centro de Mendoza expedito , 15 min .

It is a beautiful family house and you feel as if you are visitng family friends rather than staying at a hotel. It’s a tasteful old villa, and perfect for a relaxing long weekend. Very close to the vineyards and downtown Lujan de Cuyo (walking distance), on a quiet street. The garden and the pool area are so relaxing, with many comfortable corners to read your book, enjoy your drink, sit and chat. It really feels like home. The facilities are home-y and simple, but tasteful, perfectly clean and taken care of. Big bonus is that they have a padel court!

Casona is a small hotel about 1.3 kms from the centre of Chacras.
The gardens and the pool are beautiful. The photos do not do the pool justice.
Virginia was extremely helpful in making a reservation for us at the local winery in Chacras.
You virtually get the run of the house and made very welcome to use the facilities.
Although we were intending to pay by card the hotel does not actually have a machine.
However paying in USD cash is by far the best option.
It would have been nice if there was a small table/shelf underneath the TV to put things on.
The hotel is about 25 mins walk into the centre of Chacras so maybe a problem for you if you don’t like walking.
Quite often dogs barking at various times of the day and night.

Everything! The staff were lovely and helped us out with all our inquiries. The room was comfy and we had a lovely small balcony. The pool was warm and clean and the surroundings of the hotel were beautiful. The breakfast was very good and lovely to sit outside in the garden in the summer. The Casona itself is delightful, peaceful and is in a good location close to the town.

Very nice property. The owner and staff are very attentive to the guests. Very safe and secure location. Great breakfast.
Overall a great place to stay. It would be nice if guests were given an entry card or a code so we don’t need to wait for someone to open the garage door.

It is an amazing place to stay. The area is very nice for someone who wants to rest because it’s quiet. The garden is huge and the landlord is super nice and helpful.
