Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und haben umgehend auf Nachfragen geantwortet. Die Wohnung war sehr schon und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ich kann nur positives berichten und es weiter empfehlen.

The apartment is well situated, well equiped and spacious.

The apartment has big security problems. We were sleeping when suddendly other guests entered the apartment with their own key. They wanted to come in as they were told this was their apartment and we had a discussion about our bookings in our pijamas whilst our 12 son was sleeping. When the owner was called to enquiry, we were told first that they had made a mistake and they had double booked the apartment probably through two different platforms. The lady owner was rude on the phone and she hang up as she was saying that we were being rude to her husband just because we said the situation was "appalling", and she considered this being rude ??? She could at least have apologised for the situation instead of shouting over the phone and hanging up. When we wrote to say that we were scared that other people could come in, we were told that they had made a mistake and told the other travelers the wrong apartment number. What we still cannot understand is how come, the other guests had keys to our aparment when we collected ours a few hours before!!! The situation was scary and during our stay we were scared that other guests could come in!!!! On top of that, we received no sympathy from the owners and the explanations to the situation were vague and confused as we received two different explantions that still did not answer the fact that the other guests had keys to come in to our apartment.

It was suitable place for my family with car parking.

I asked for fans but I didn’t get any even I didn’t get any replay about it from staff , and in the morning it was noisy as construction on it is next building was going on.

Well equipped and very convenient. Comfortable beds and great to have a washing machine.

The place is quite central. there are lots of restaurants and is near the train station

The place was not quite clean. All the dishes had rest of food. We need to wash them all! We were kicked out an hour earlier than the stipulated checkout hour.
