DO NOT BOOK. It is impossible to come into contact with the property. They over charged by over $2000 and there is no way of getting in contact. the facilities were run down and the hassle of getting the money back is not worth it. DO NOT BOOK.

This property is very run down! It is impossible to get in contact with the property I had to go through booking.com to get in contact with the property manager. The amenities advertised are either broken, covered in animal feces, or not at the property. I was suppose to have a personal chef but was unable to do so due the glass top range being cracked! The main door to enter the property is the same code to apartment I stayed in. There is writing in the wall in the master bedroom bathroom, dishwasher does not work, there wasn’t enough glasses for the number of people in my party. They over charged my account over $1,700 and still have yet to refund it and my security deposit. The apartment was dirty upon arrival and our bed linen was also dirty with hair in 3 of the 7 beds. My room had used face mask on the night stand from the previous renters. It advertises a lakefront view which is incorrect you will be looking out at a huge brick wall. It also advertised a pool and that is also a lie there is no pool on site and you do not have access to the washer and dryer. When I mentioned my issues to the property manager/employee she’s kept saying “it’s okay, everything’s okay” and they refused compensation for the inconvenience. We had to go and purchase cleaning supplies to clean the place and toilet paper because the toilet paper they provided every single roll was yellow and had mold on them.

I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. Manager was awesome and so was the place. It was clean and exactly what the description said it would be. I will be booking again!!!
